He is not differentiating... he is not differentiating between those that did give to the IRA and those that didn't. He's just happy Boston got blasted. It's all there in all his posts. If he wanted to differentiate he could have said all those who gave to the IRA from the U.S or even those that gave who are from Boston. Yeah okay, so there is irony involved. The people who died and are suffering because of those bombs aren't the ones who gave the money. So if some Britianers feel satisfied with the suffering of another human being (even someone who hurt them) perhaps the IRA actually removed pieces of their soul. So they won.
