Brazeau was the overwhelming favourite to win, has a black belt in some martial art or toher and pipes like Popeye. On top of that Sun News was carrying teh fight, and Ezra went into great detail about what an underdog Trudeau was and how the "shiny pony" was going to get his hair messed up. Yet, despite early adbersity, Trudeau slowly adn steadily took the fight to Brazeau, eventually winning the fight convincingly in a TKO. A fight that according to Ezra, Trudeau had no business even being in.
To me that speaks to character.
I understand that it must be triply embarrassing for you, as a Conservative. First Brazeau showed up in a Speedo--that was nasty. Then he got the crap beat out of him and had to wear a Liberal shirt. Then it turns out that he's a crook, bilking taxpayers in the Senate. And now he's being charged with sexual assault.

I see, so it was "bad" when the Libs did it "back then", but it's "ok" for the cons to do it now. We will see how this use of "fear" and "attack ads" pans out for the cons this time around. They used it on Dion, and Ignatief, we'll see if the Canadian public is tired of that game yet.
