My neighborhood is an armed camp as now you can see why we don't have any permits either. No method of tracking us until they come through the gates. Then the morticians will prosper! No Tweet, Face Book, or other method of US government violations of our Civil Rights as US citizens. All the 4G and 5G systems are is another close quarters tracking system.

I would assume she has permits, but that is none of my business, anymore than it is my business who had an abortion.

Last I checked. the courses for restricted and non restricted firearms courses cost $40 each, (the written tests only differ in two questions). When I did mine I wasn't required to take the courses, just write the tests, but the cost was the same. This is the first year I had to pay to re-new my licenses because the Conservatives have previously waived the re-newal fees.
