I'm thinking Palestine & Trans-Jordan were not afforded this right during the creation of Israel.

The patient in question is a very delusional subject, he thinks he's an Israeli named Moses Dumping Poop. There's been no improvement in five or six years of observation.He keeps struggling with concepts like reality for instance when we know perfectly well he can't spell it let alone appreciate it. He does fill the spaces between the intelligent posters though. I suppose that is good therapy. Time will tell. I think we could try changing his feed to something laxative like as he's obviously full of **** and a good dump would clear his head.
