Enriching fissionable material requires a factory of hundreds/thousands advanced centrifuges. (Nukes require highly enriched fissionable material. sort of like how alcohol above a certain purity becomes flammable.. beer and wine aren't flammable, but alcool is)
236 is enrcihed to 238 and then enriched further to make 239 (plutonium)
