Personally, I have no idea why not. However, I was told (by generally reliable sources) that Big Sty Country is preparing to attack those provinces before they can develop new-clear sties of their own. "In a pigs's eye will we let that happen" the Minister of War for Big Sty was heard to shout.

The last time I saw Babe, he was following Farmer Hoggett into the orchard to pick just the right apple. I think I heard Hoggett squeal, "That'll do, pig!

Or, at least I thought it was Hoggett squealing...

lol Reminds me of a joke I heard:
