I noticed petros already answered this, less than intelligent, question and received a thumbs down for his response but I will add my 2 cents in any ways.


If there are no jobs in your area, and you can't afford to pay your rent/mortgage. You can't afford to feed and clothe your family, then only those that feel entitled wouldn't be looking at moving to where the work is. It is the only option that makes any sense.
