Hmmmmm. When I was in Montana and Dakota earlier this year the people I spoke with proclaimed "Holy **** did WE ever got a lot of snow and rain this winter/spring. SK could always turn off the electricty. I'll gladly cut them off and we'll see if they can light up their billboard or entire ****ing State. How about gasoline and deisel too? It comes from SK.

It appears the Americans do not know how much water they get from Canada and how it benefits
them. The Columbia Treaty between Washington and BC is the reason they are such big growers
of apples and vegetables at our expense. Yes we made a bad deal fifty years ago but this is good
news we are about to negotiate a new deal and to hear they want less water is great news.
Come to think of it they don't know how much oil they get from us either, maybe they would be
happy to have that cut back too.
Some times these people do not understand just how lucky they are to have such good neighbours
to the North. America is going to be under some serious financial constraints in the next few years
far greater than now. This is the tip of the iceberg as it were, and just maybe they will come to
realize just how idealistically they have been living. Reality for America is about to knock on the door.
