US Attack on Yemen Police Station Killed 50 -- News from Antiwar.com

seems one might start asking. Where is the US NOT militarily involved.??? It can be compared to a metastatic mallignancy , with no hope for change. Meanwhile the US dollar is not even at Par with CDN.

something very wrong with that picture.

Why the US won't leave Afghanistan Surge, bribe and run? Or surge, bribe and stay? How US military bases and the energy war play out in Afghanistan

Why the US won't leave Afghanistan - Opinion - Al Jazeera English

The US staying in Afghanistan was a foregone conclusion from the start. ( same with Iraq and every where else it is "intervening" now

In Afghanistan there is no oil so that can't be the reason. Could it be that they allowed the
Taliban access to plan, train and execute a plan to kill Americans and other nationals at
the Trade Center Buildings? In my opinion they should have invaded and then used an
occupation force to route the criminals from the nation, and from there the surrounding
countries that harbour these people.
Personally I am sick to death hearing how the poor Muslims are being treated. We don't
hear an outcry when the bomb subway stations in London killing innocent people.
We don't hear the Muslim people in their home countries or even their governments speaking
out against the terrorists in their midst. Why on earth would we be concerned for the welfare
of the terrorists and the people who give them safe haven. That's right many of the citizens
in these Islamic countries could do more to pressure governments etc to rid themselves of
such undesirables. Jordon, a number of decades ago put the run on the Palestinians who were
causing problems, so it can be done.
Another thing people whine and complain about Americans being in their countries or demanding
some accountability from government on measures surrounding national security. I don't hear these
same sniveling whiners complaining about the billion in aid money though. Half the time America is
feeding the same people who are conspiring against them. If it were up to me, I would cut off all
food aid and other humanitarian aid and organize a blockade to ensure they were educated as to
where their assistance comes from, the very western countries they are condemning, Please no more
bleeding heart stories on behalf of the most blood thirsty people on the planet and in the name of God
no less.

***************

IF you have not heard the outcry and the outrage about each bombing. (spain, London etc etc)..... than you have not been paying attention.

That does not mean ........that we of the west have to lower ourselves to their level. IF you think all of these US interventions are about terrorism....... might be time to do a rethink.

Creating unstable areas due to "interventions" only creates more angst , rage and desire for revenge. Revenge is the bais of most terrorism. NOT their religious beliefs. Their beliefs are used as a cover to justfiy the unjustifiable actions. In their minds , it makes their atrocities more 'noble "

Each area that the is currently intervening in......is now a hot bed of instability . That does not bode well for the future ...for them or others that are revolting now as well. It will take many decades now for things to settle down some.........IF that is even possible.

U.S. Moves Closer to Call for Regime Change in Syria

by Jim Lobe, August 05, 2011

Amidst growing calls in Congress for stronger measures to effect "regime change" in Syria, the administration of President Barack Obama is escalating its rhetoric against President Bashar Al-Assad.
"We do not want to see him remain in Syria for stability’s sake, and rather, we view him as the cause of instability in Syria," White House spokesman Jay Carney told reporters Wednesday.

My my.......didn't the USG lie about not being into regime change in other nations as it is ILLEGAL. (illegal is just part of this disgusting arrogant policy) Waiting for the US to lose its credit and run out of funds that keep these "interventions" an active "foreign policy" SHAMEFUL the US would yelp like a sticken banshee........if anyone else did what they do. That is when things are suddenly bound by the same laws the US ignores.

when is the world going to wake up to the malignancy that the US is spreading world wide as it gathers more territories illegally , immorally and unethically.

What will run out first? Nations to interfere in or the funds that are used for the interference??? It is hanging by a thread when it comes to its finances..............its ability to make decisions about critical issues reflects the actions of irresponsible toddlers. as all they do is infight like bitchy housewives while america burns.

OK first off, even if all the crap you spout has any morsel of truth (which most of it doesn't), expressing a desire for a regime change is NOT illegal. Now if the US was to supply arms and support for rebels or insurgents, there may be some questions about the legality, depending on what Congress approved for involvement, but expressing a desire or viewpoint is every American's right, as it is every Canadian's right or every Brit's right. Only an idiot wouldn't want regime change in Syria, a repressive, militant Islamic dictatorship, and a known state-sponsour of terrorism. Syria should have been higher on the US gov'ts list of bad guys than Iraq was, but trying to puzzle out the reasons behind much of what the Bush administration did is an exercise in futility...

It also looks like Russia will be getting involved in Syria. Coming in late as usual just as the did in the war against Japan. " President Dmitry Medvedev said Thursday he has warned Syria's ruler that he will face a "sad fate" if he fails to introduce reforms in his country and open a peaceful dialogue with the opposition.

75,000 US veterans could be homeless

75,000 US veterans could be homeless

:-(

Your right homeless veterans are a big problem, There is room for many of them at VA hospitals, VA nursing homes as well as State homes. Big problem is getting the veteran to stay at the facility. The VA budget has so far been a sacred cow and has plenty of money. There is no limit as how long one can stay as long as they don't cause trouble.as one doesn't cause trouble

The Saudi king made a statement to end the bloodshed in Syria. If the KSA supplies Syria with money, then Assad seems doomed. Constant political upheavel puts the feudal land of KSA on edge.

The park will be powered entirely by renewable energy and will educate
patrons about eco-friendly practices such as graywater harvesting. The park
will be in the coastal region of Aqaba and will span over 180 acres of land. A
4-star hotel will be on the site as well as 17 distinct entertainment zones.
Here's hoping one of those sites is a holodeck.
That sounds kinda lame.

I can go to Homo Depot and learn all about how to utilize eco friendly crap and how to apply for Socialist windows, doors, furnaces, water heaters, solar power, solar hot water and so forth.

If somebody wants to grow a garden with gray water and attract **** loads of flies from the fats then that's is fine by me.

Knock yourself out.
