of the United Nations is not an American declaration of war. This is a mercy mission a
police action or what ever name you want to give it. The Congress will fall in line first thing in
the morning. France, Britain and European nations need the oil. America needs to bring the
price of oil down and save the economy. It is also popular right now as the world sympathises
with the rebels who are in trouble.
Somehow we are talking about drilling in Environmentally Sensitive areas in North America.
I for one sit more on the left than on the right in most issues, not all but most. I see no other
choice but to do so if we want to maintain our standard of living and our lifestyle. Like it or not,
as a people we are willing to sit in the dark for an hour on earth day, but we are not going to
change our ways long term for any length of time. If we use our technology properly I do not
see a problem here in extracting oil and minerals in sensitive areas If We Do It Right.
As for what is going on in Libya tonight, I was wondering what took so long. This is not about
civilians or freedom this bombing is about OIL and our oil is under their sand, simple as that.

According to the individual mandate in the health care reform law, every American will have to have health insurance unless they are exempt from doing so. Such exemptions are "qualifying religious exemptions, those in a health care sharing ministry, individuals not lawfully present in the United States, and incarcerated individuals." In addition, "[n]o penalty will be imposed on those without coverage for less than 90 days (with only one period of 90 days allowed in a year), members of Indian tribes[,] individuals whose household income is less than the personal exemption amount for the applicable tax year, or any individual who the Secretary of [Health and Human Services] determines to have suffered a hardship with respect to the capability to obtain coverage under a [qualified health plan]. Additionally, individuals whose required contribution for a calendar year exceeds 8% of household income will be exempt from the penalty."
