DaSleeper, trust me Palin is finished and the Tea Party is just a fad..
Palin is far from finished, keep dreaming. The thing is had she been a Democrat the Left would have embraced her as the second coming of Jesus Christ but since she's not they demonize her, such hypocrisy..

ARE YOU A NUTBAR JOHNNY?? WHO ARE YOU CALLING A DEMOCRAT??

This web forum just about banned me for my anti-obama stance during the last federal election.. CanadaKA.net did.

I am Republican.. voted for McCain..

Palin is no longer a Republican, she is a far right wing nut job.. just like the Dem's have their far left nut jobs, Keith Olbermann comes to mind.

If Bush were to run again, I would vote for him.. but Palin, just something about her sets me off now.. her voice, her attitude, i dunno...

Get used to saying President Huckabee after the next election Johnny.. :)

do you know where this is??

I live just a few short blocks from it in Arlington, Texas

I'm not calling you a Democrat lol, yes Palin is no longer a Republican because the GOP has lost it's way a long time ago their biggest problem is trying to find the next Reagan because there will never be one nor will Palin. I think she has a bright future in politics because she's become a voice for those on the Right who no longer feel their voices are heard.

I am right about the hypocrisy from the Left concerning Palin, had she been a Democrat it would be a different story

As for Bush, I would recommend his book 'Decision Point' the story of a true leader who follows his heart right ot wrong rather than polls.

I don't thik the Huckster has a chance, or Romney or possibly even Palin, the Right has one year to get it's act together if they don't and Obama doesn't loose his party's nomination get ready for four more years of the Messiah.

Arizona shooting has put fear into everyone, so they are buying up protection..

Just remember, for a minute and ex-military guy knocked down the shooter and had picked up the gun... a young fella in the crowd who had a gun was about to shoot the ex-military guy..

If everyone had a gun it would have been a real old time shoot out like the O.K. Corral.. lol

I think they call that Friendly Fire in military terms... and those are professionals in the military.

But he didn't.

Early stats in Florida a few years after the introduction of right to carry legislation showed that the percentage of unjustified shootings was four times HIGHER for the police than for private citizens........believe me, that is a stat I remember well...

But...

I know, I should have a link....I'll go looking.

Because that little shindding was only attended only by Democrats and.....

They are against guns doncha know......;-)

exept for the shooter....

It happened in a grocery store... I'm pretty sure grocery stores aren't catering exclusively to Democrats. Judge Roll was a Republican, he stopped by to talk to Giffords.

Maybe he wasn't a "real" Republican. Someone should check his name against Rush's list of who is and who ain't.

Perhaps, but even still, Republicans still need groceries. It's hard to meet daily recommended values of vitamins and minerals on a diet of puppies, kittens and babies!

In America it never ends, we have people killed by a nut case, that if the mental health system
worked everyone would be alive. The problem is it could happen here as well as the Canadian
wisdom prevailed and we turned our mentally ill out onto the streets because they had a right
to be homeless.
Even so with the events in Tucson this person should have has more brains or some sensitivity
to the situation. After something like that you don't point anything at anyone and say You'd dead.
In view of American procedure of course he must be arrested and examined by mental health
officials and so on, over reaction the man is not crazy he was an emotional angry idiot and no
more.
Oh he could be arrested and charged with making threats that is understandable but the rest is
over the top to say the least. If he is to be arrested for threats the why has Sarah not been put in
handcuffs for putting up a map with gun cross hairs on it and telling people not to retreat to reload?
Because in both cases with the phone and the map they were meant as metaphors not actual
take action threats.
We have to be responsible for our actions but the American way is to over react to any situation
and for some reason we in North America, insist on using Cannons to Kill Flies.
Apparently by our behaviour, there is no age limit for being a grown up and in some cases it never
happens.

If the President of the USA was white the Tea party would support the policies of the White House since he is not white the Tea party is making it hard for him to govern. This is about race and the sooner the American people realize it the sooner they can save their nation from nutbars like the one in Arizona

The thing is, Obama made comments, several times in the last two elections, about the Republicans bringing a knife to the gun fight. Not a word from the blamers. Not one. Then they go all in on Sarah, who I don't like anyways but doesn't deserve this, and other Tea Party people and 9/11 truthers. Yet, this guy was far left, not far right. If anything, the rhetoric form Olbermann and those nincompoops that drove this psycho's actions. He burned an American flag. He listed the communist manifesto in his favorite books. His friends all described him as far left. He was an animal rights and environmentalist. There is nothing right wing or Tea Party about this guy. He's the exact opposite.

What's wrong with that? I mean if it gets to the point where politicians can say target liberals and democrats, why can't liberals and democrats say the same about conservative replublicans?

The difference between political imagery/rhetoric and taking someone's picture, possibly to remember him and saying "your dead".
Someone might say " A Big Difference"?

At least the police thought so.
