A good reason to reinstate capital punishment. Especially as desertion is a valid reason to go before the firing squad in the army and what he did is a hell of a lot worse.

I don't think that Canada, for any reason, wants to stoop to the level of those that murder people that are so abnormal that they murder. The middle east, and other countries where people have fewer rights and freedoms, are places where the archaic practice of an eye for an eye marches on.

He should spend a lot of time in a cell next to Bernardo. Rumour has it they attended the same post-secondary school at the same time ... so maybe they have more in common than they realize.

This was added to YouTube a couple of weeks ago. This is a link concerning the Col.

YouTube - ‪Programmed To Kill/Satanic Cover-Up Part 21 (Col. Russell Williams)‬‏

The rest of the series is quite interesting, if you are into this sort of thing. It tells the questions that were not asked in almost all the popular killing sprees both in Canada and the US. I believe the only one they don't go into is Pickton - but he does get a mention somewhere in there.

Both should be hung. If for no other reason than to save the long suffering taxpayers money.
