Yes. To a fault whereas multiculturalism trumps pretty much everything.
i.e. Boys being sent home for wearing American flag t-shirts on Cinco de Mayo so as not to offend.

If you don't like Canada's multiculturalism policies, you are free to immigrate to another country where immigrants are expected to give up their culture/language, or fight to change the law.
