LMAO, shoot the messenger when it doesn't tell you what you want ehh? Which temperature records were you using to assert that the globe has cooled?

Anyways, the raw data is here:
NASA and HadCRUT use the Global Historical Climate Network version 2. Satellite swath data is at the Cooperative Institute for Research in the Atmosphere.

I input the parameters in that chart using the software at this website:
Wood for Trees: Home

Anyone can do it. The author has a good explanation of the software and what it can do for you.

Hilton Ratcliffe comments: Dr Ratcliffe explains, scientifically, his feelings about the manufacturing and maintenance of the so called climate crisis. Take note he shares my feelings on the absolute futility of belief in the possibility that we might adjust the sun to some more profitable temperature. While it is a space heater, the control knob remains far removed from our grubby fingers. He explains his feelings about the carbon thingy bluntly.

Ratcliffe comments on people not looking at the data and hardly comments at all on the people that DO look at the data. He seems to think the climatologists studying climate are listening to politicians and news media just like most others. I think maybe he got too much sun in South Africa.

He specifically states that "those who look at the data and cry global crisis lets ban carbon" are congenital idiots, or words to that effect. The globe is warming the globe is cooling there is nicht you can do about it, if you must spend huge sums of money for nothing compelled by your love for this planet, send it to me, at least I'll commision a bronze plaque in your name.

I don't care what he says about stuff other people say. I don't need anyone to formulate my opinion for me. If this guy just whines about what others say instead of speaking on climatology, he's no better than some dumb politician or mainstream journalist.

BTW, we never spent huge sums of money for nothing. We spent a modest amount on becoming gridfree. IOW, we get our electrical power for a lot cheaper than we can buy it for from the utility company.
You don't love the planet, find another one to smoke dope on.

He explains his feelings about the carbon thingy bluntly.

Yes...he explains his feelings, and that is all. He says we can look at geologic cycles and say bluntly that what we're witnessing is more of the same, despite the fact that the time scale is not geologic. Despite the logical fallacy that just because humans never existed before, does not mean they cannot do what nature did.

Yes, he did a very good job of explaining his feelings. How nice.

Aother recognized logical fallacy is that humans never existed before. Before what? Before when? You nor I nor the whitecoated twits have any idea whatever of if why when or where we arrived on the scene except in the poorest of broken bone collections. I know you don't subscribe to the six thousand year old age of mankind because it's a stupid desperate guess on the part of religious fanatics but to subscribe to any other official time frame is fallacy of exactly the same nature. The credentials of the thousands of scientists Mr Radcliff cites as haveing signed the statement indicating their disbelief in the current congame of globle warming now transformed into global climate change seems not to affect your thinking whatsoever, even the inclusion of the signitures of six hundred doctors of science does not give you cause for reconsideration of your ill concieved adherance to the patently and demonstratably false paradigm so obviously manufactured for nefarious reasons unconnected to the salvation of this planet , at inflated retail cost of course,as per usual. Just today in the following puplication the real extant missing mechanism is discussed breifly.

This uneven thermal distribution causes increased atmospheric convection, resulting in greater tropical precipitation. Combined with convection, the extra solar energy heats the waters of the Pacific Ocean, where, it is said, more clouds form in an area where they are normally absent. The clouds then flow west along the more powerful convection currents (the trade winds), where they increase the effects of the stratospheric heating.

As with most other theories, the climate model suggested by the NCAR investigators is based on kinetic energy: heat and the movement of the atmosphere. Nowhere in the scientific press is it acknowledged that electric currents and the strength of the ion flux from the Sun are the primary drivers of climate fluctuation.
As Electric Universe theorist Wal Thornhill wrote:

"A star is the focus of a galactic 'glow discharge.' The electrical energy that courses through the solar system and powers the Sun is a subtle form of energy that all of the planets intercept to some degree. Planets orbit within this discharge and intercept some of the electrical energy. Planets are minor 'electrodes' within a stellar discharge envelope. The electrical energy is delivered to stars and planets in the manner of a simple Faraday motor."

Since water is a dipolar molecule, the effect of ions as attractors for water vapor was evident. That and Wal Thornhill's information about thunderstorms acting as "leaky capacitors" leads to the observation that there are enormous fields of ions in transparent haloes around clouds:
Riding the Solar Cycle

DB--no climate theory is worth the lung work to speak of it unless it considers the ruling electric influence, it's that simple and it's that obvious.

Just because I'm not stupid enough to believe Al Core is a visionary hardly indicates that I have no love for the old ball. Does it? What passes as the science of climatology today would be better indulged in by its audiance as soap opera a far more accurate indication of its function.
This is the only planet I've visited that has cannabis, I came here on a cheap saucer tour.

nothings gonna happen to this earth until god decides to do so. he made the earth for us to live in it!
he didn't made the earth to be destroyed
don't be an ignorant and focus more on reality terms more that just focusing on science.

Soooo. This only happens here or something. Not that I disagree, it's just that nobody listens or even hears usually. Here or in RL IMO. Just sayin'.;-)

There's a circular argument here that reflects little of the reality of the issue. Most scientists are in agreement on the existance of climate change and it links to human generated greenhouse gases.

We've got 'experts' here claiming the world is cooling.

Of course it never occurs to the heavily propagandized to question what's in their own heads first above all other considerations. Still it's nice to talk to you, have a nice evening.

Must be nice living off in a world of your own.

Makes you wonder how much we've contributed to global warming with just this thread(it takes energy to run the internet)... it's probably what Walter and some of the other geniuses here intend.

The link to climate change and anthropogenic sources are fully in question... You are seeing what you want to see rather than what is.

One of those "experts" was Suzuki 20 or 30 years ago, obviously his tune has changed... That isn't exactly a beacon of support for his current claims now, is it?

I could have sworn we got our wires crossed, as the majority of this earth gets frozen during the winter which ice and snow does not only feel good to us but also our agriculture and land suffers too.

I agree. It's a scam.
