Even today the young and very old can still be called up in a war in which you are losing men of the 'fighting age'. Children that become soldiers (say in Africa today) do so as the only way to avoid death. The proof is their dead relatives.Yes I was in the Military and funny thing is Soldiers are not hot and heavy about going to War - when they do they go to win - we - Canada- went to many countries ill equipped and poorly trained
..... you don't live there you don't get a vote ....... let alone one that overrides the vote by the people who live there. Yet that is where we are today, the vote by the people was overridden by a few who didn't live there (and never will). WWII was about that very thing, the guns came out before the land was taken (from the owners), the other land was taken away (from the owners) by the stroke of a pen .... and then the guns came out.-I belive in the 2 State solution
Would you sign a paper that says we should be invaded? Should a few other Nations have the right to decide who owns what we currently own? People go to war over things like that.
Here is how Canada should have been a two state system. The Invaders (that's us) and the owners (Natives being the original owners) Rather than decimating them they should have been elevated to a high status. Sent them to Ottawa (with a copy of how we want things run). The end result is the same we get what we want from the land and the owners are spared death and actually have quite a good life compared to being 3 steps away from death.
It should have been the 5 countries that voted to take land against the will of the owners that ended up being a safe haven for the Jews.
That is only the latest, there are some 400 Arab villages in Israel's borders that are not on any map in use today. All those people should have gotten a lot of money for that land (should they wish to sell), being made refugees (or killed) was the 'solution'. That's how far back things have been going wrong, something that messed up has to have a plan behind it that keeps it from having a solution already in place.and yes I understand that the Israelis have cut up Gaza like swiss cheese

- But from what I understand the on and off negotiations are within a few percentage points, regarding land - exchanges, swaps etc
You don't believe in the tooth-fairy anymore but would would believe some document written & signed by the same ones who forgot to follow any of the point that gave them access to the land in the first place would be carried out to the letter.
The courts in Canada can hold up treaty cases for 100 years or more while letting the 'infractions' continue.

- But Israel does not recognize the right of return - and I agree - simple demographics - and Jerusalem as a divided capital -
Well why would a thief recognize a claim by some person to some of his booty?
Well God claims it should be treadded on by the Gentiles until Christ's return.
If you added in Christians and Atheists to the equation, Jerusalem could transform from a "two headed beast" to a "four headed beast".
Where have I heard of multi headed beasts before? Are you sure this is something you wish to have created?
You mean these guys? God assumes that if we can read we can also count. That way all the different headed beasts remain different from each other. (ie 2,4,7,10) Since these holy beast arrive with Christ you are saying Christ's arrive is a thing to be dreaded. The beast below seems to 'have relatives' that were created back in the very beginning, "after their kind"
Re:4:6:
And before the throne there was a sea of glass like unto crystal:
and in the midst of the throne,
and round about the throne,
were four beasts full of eyes before and behind.
Re:4:7:
And the first beast was like a lion,
and the second beast like a calf,
and the third beast had a face as a man,
and the fourth beast was like a flying eagle.
Re:4:8:
And the four beasts had each of them six wings about him;
and they were full of eyes within:
and they rest not day and night,
saying,
Holy,
holy,
holy,
Lord God Almighty,
which was,
and is,
and is to come.
