Pat Robertson should read his Bible in Satan's temptations of Christ in the Wilderness.
Satan's temptations were of turning stone to bread (an allusion to worldly wealth and comfort), to jump from a pinnacle (for supremacy of a magical worldly church), for the throne of kingdoms (for political power).
You cannot find a country less wealthy, and worldly and powerful than Haiti. So there seems to be no evidence of any deal with the Devil.
The good old U.S. of A. though has acquired all those things, great wealth and grotesque consumption. The American Social Church, of which Robertson is a scion, is a product of Calvinistic Puritanism and the Deism of the Enlightenment, as material, worldly and pragmatic as you can get in religion. The political power of empire, backed by immense military force is obvious.
It seems Pat Robertson should be looking closer to home for evidence of 'pacts with the Devil'. And the rewards and punishments are not of this world. ;-)
