Adam Yahiye Gadahn, whose exact whereabouts is unknown but is believed to be in Pakistan, is expected to be charged with material support and treason, sources told FOX News. It will be the first time an American has been charged with treason since 1952.
The treason charge, according to sources in Los Angeles and Washington, is based primarily on the statements Gadahn has made in his video presentations.

Israel has proven them quite accurate when they want to be. Would it have been better if they just bombed Gaza to rubble using aircraft? Another few decades have to pass to see if executing those guilty of treason against the state ends up being a better solution that giving them promotions, as does the US since at least the time of acts of treason of WWII. It is also a solution the US may actually have to do, the humane thing would be to turn over those few million to the war crimes court. let them have mercy on them if such a things exists. Death would be too quick and easy, cleaning up DU for a few decades might be more inline as 'proper' while still allowing for hissing in tone and gnashing of teeth (might be down to tooth in that last generation that can give live births).
