Tomorrow at the 11th hour many of us will stand silently remembering those whose lives were lost in the service of their country.
It does not matter to us what war it was, where it was, when it was or why it ever started. What does matter is that we remember the sacrifices they made and that we honor them for their courage.
Many of us, like myself, will also be praying for the soldiers now fighting in wars around the world. We will ask that our sons, daughters, husbands, wives, brothers, and sisters be returned to us safely once their duty is done.
