Thats good but the rest of BC is buying and selling power back and forth between provinces,I would like as an inspector to check the stream flow,your probably violating the fisherys act drawing water above your permitted level which you probably are.
Most peeps with private licences do.

a) the burden of proof is yours,
b) you claim to be an expert,

Would I tell you to google it if you asked me about general relativity? No, I would try to explain it, with numbers, equations, plots, whatever you need. You are willing to provide nothing but pictures, which are inadequate to sustain the position you taking.


How can you possibly claim to be here to explain if you are refusing to provide information? This is the fundamental problem in this thread, as I see it. You claim to be an expert but are being completely unhelpful.

Honestly, this is what I want to know, where are the numbers. You cannot say "We put it back better than before!" without qualifying what you mean and quantifying the result.

You are wrong. We have a paddlewheel that is in a small section of the creek. Fish can bypass it easily. It drives a turbine that is away from the creek. The fisheries guy was out here before. He came to see why there were dead fish at the downstream end of the creek. It happens to be the result of the tree nursery diverting the creek flow to its reservoir. If we notice the nursery doing it again the feds want times, dates, photos, etc. of it all.

Thats the geo techs job dude,I just do what they say.
These are the same engineers I take orders from,they say what happens so if theres a screw up take it up with the engineers,they cause most problems,not us field grunts.

I do know but you get a different soil horizon sheet for every site.
You obviously dont know that or wouldnt have asked.
Let me try and explain it again,I make sure the guys doing the work conform to the strict regulations peeps like you have set out by lobbying or whatever.


As for the nitrogen content....hmmmm,if we find some mineral soil it will definately be at or above what it was.

I supervise the dirt work,the soil and other uni experts dictate what I do.;-)

Yet I bet I could find some non conform to regs on your part,did you do a stream flow test before applying for a water extraction permit or do you even have one?;-)
I would love to do a stream flow test before and after your paddlewheel because I know I would find some uncomformities which would put you in violation just by what you have posted so far.

Big fines would follow,nice to blame the dead fish on someone else though,your paddlewheel is harmless right?.......:roll:
