Well, you haven't been able to answer anything about %change in nutrients of the soil, I understand you're not an environmental/soil/ecology expert. So I'll ask you something related to the mounds of paperwork you're proficient at shuffling.
Where can the public find the documents for approvals of tailing pond reclamation plans under the new ERCB directive? They were to be scanned and available October 5th, they have the links put up, but from this site the links are broken:

Stuff it, Peewee. I already told you we use a waterwheel. We don't extract water, but again, with our license we can extract .24 cu feet per second if we want. But I'm not surprised you don't understand that.

BTW, it's been checked by feds and the province. It was a fed that walked up the creek to investigate why the fish were dying in the first place.

A waterwheel disrupts the stream flow,it's pretty simple really.For every action there is an equal and opposite reaction.
You dont get something for nothing.

I dont expect you to understand all the laws and regs as so far you have shown total ignorance on the subject. A simple field test would show how your waterwheel disrupts the stream flow,let me know if you want the procedure to see for yourself,it's fairly simple.
In fact your waterwheel probably does more damage enviro wise then if you took the power off the grid but thats the thinking I allways see when someone trys to get something for nothing and then justify it and cant.
I deal with the truth and facts and dont play mind games so go try them on someone else,they dont fly with me.

Look bud,I make sure the guys follow the rules set out by the experts,when it grows back i dont care what the nitrogen levels are as long as it comes back the same.I also posted many links on the settling ponds and am not going to hold your hand walking you through them if your too lazy to do it yourself.
