The point is:
"Gun Control is Completely Useless."
And this is completely true for the kind of gun control the Gliberals introduced. The crime hasn't changed except there are more people in Canada than there were back then, so there is more crime.

This is why they make shotguns
With the proper ammunition it will not go through two layers of drywall and still hurt someone, and you don't need to be a marksman

"In 33 States you can simply walk into a Gun Show and buy a gun or many guns off private vendors without as much as a handshake. That you can cross from the US into Canada with little more than a wave or declaring a couple of bottles of booze, I would have to say that a lot of the gun crime in Canada, especially the killing of bystanders but more so murder can be prevented."

To be more accurate, it is Rifles and Shotguns only that can be purchased, and you do have to show identification. Handguns are harder to purchase for out of State residents. That little aspect might just rule out Canadians.

It doesn't. We have sidearms. They are strictly regulated for the people who aren't criminals, though. For criminals, .... well they are criminals, aren't they? Regs and rules don't apply.

So you're saying that if Bob wants to sell Ted his old revolver there is some regulations in regards to that? Or more to the point If I as a legal gun owner buy a number of guns throughout the year and then have myself a garage sale and sell them off, that there is any paper work of any kind that needs to be done?

I'd rather cuddle my wife in bed than a shotgun. Do you live in a paper house that has no doors or locking windows? If someone is in your rom you are going to have the time or co-ordination to fire it? And yes even with just a primer it will go through drywall. get real.

First of all if it takes you 6 shots and you miss, your right you shouldn't have a firearm of any kind, try a sword.

One shot, one kill. No more.
Who the intruder shooting you? Bullets can't stop the boogie man anyway. If you are THAT paranoid, there is no way in hell you should be licensed.

And the criminals are amateurs. That's why innocent bystanders get shot a lot of the time.
Speaking of fear, I bet most people are afraid they'd be convicted of something if they did try to defend their family or someone else. With the way the courts are these days, it's a damned reasonable fear.
Yup and the woods are full of people with guns trying to find safety from urban petty crime while at the same time the crazies wanted for hard core crime take their guns and hide in the woods. If you are freaked out move next to a Robin's or Tim's instead of 45 mins up a logging road.
