What he did to my country is to socialize it and turned it into a welfare state.Never forgive that ass hole or his followers .So stay away from my threads you leftist psyco .

And this from a guy who prefers to live in a communist dictatorship. I am perplexed.

Ok ,'ll say it again.
There is more capitalism and money making opportunities in one small Chinese village than there is in whole of Canada .
Who bailed out USA from their financial difficulties......Canada ?
How can you be perplexed about something if you haven't got a faintest idea ; have you ever visited China ?

Is your complete realization and a comprehension of this world Cliffy, based on a gossip or others opinions?
I,m perplexed , China

Well, I'm certainly glad to know the U.S. has been bailed out of their financial difficulties so I guess outfits like G.M. and Chrysler and most of the banks will hiring again right away.

Easy with the friendly fire JLM, to day you are enjoying a great standard of living because of past Liberal implementations of bills that helped Canada’s standard of living to be what it is today. That is true fact.........
That is true BS, there are literally hundreds of thousands of deceased peeps spinning in their graves at that asinine comment.

Hey Captain,
if you don’t know the Liberal history, I suggest you Google Canadian Liberal history http://faculty.marianopolis.edu/c.belanger/quebechistory/encyclopedia/HistoryoftheLiberalPartyofCanada-CanadianHistory.htm

and you will see why Canada has a better standard of living then the rest of the world. I hope you would not attribute the Canadian standard of living today to any Conservative past and definitely not present Government.
Do you even read your links?

You still haven't proven shyte!

Camp was one of the few smart people in the PC party of its day.
How can you say this when the PC party of Dalton Camp never came to power and was in constant disarray? Smart people stayed away while Camp was in charge.

That's certainly true. But I think it's been more than a few years since the Army in Canada killed thousands of people who were simply protesting for freedom.

That's good. Hope they enjoyed the anniversary of the slaughter of Tiananmen Square, while they made lots of money.

Hey CND Bear you are getting cranky, CND Bear the world is not seen by one set of eyes only, The Liberals have made Canada the country every one would love to move to., and the Conservatives today are looking to take credit on some one else’s labor.

The "bandwagon fallacious argument". lmao Most people used to think the world was flat, too.

Good day LG, but there comes a time when the best are recognized by a majority, what people used to think vs. the truth of the mater is like day and night,

Canada has never had and it will be a long time before we see the emergence of such charismatic thinking man like Pierre Elliott Trudeau.

Trudeau, Pierre
Trudeau triumphant after the 1980 election, determined to bring the constitution home to Canada (courtesy Canapress).

Yes, he was charismatic and yes he was a thinker. Those two qualities hardly make him any better than any other PM. He was certainly no wiser than others.

Really? You mean Brian Mulroney didn't actually get to power?
Camp was long gone by '84. He only came back in '86 to ride on Mulrney's coattails, but left as soon as he realized he couldn't turn Mulroney to the left.
