What coporations are you referring to? Anyone with $600 and a reason to do so, can incorporate in Canada.

They throw Unions unfder the bus? Hell no ask Socialist Harper and his Labour Mobilty from OUR southern border with Guatemala right up to Santa's Union toy shop at the North Pole. If you've got you ticket or in a union apprenticeship program you'll be free to roam and earn.

A Fatherland for us all.

Have the people of Canada ever been sued under (NA)FTA by a foreign Corporation? Can American Unions sue for losses due to alleged unfair business practises in Canada?

Has a Union ever taken a bail out from the people of Canada? Could they in the same way as many foreign companies took CDN taxpayer money and invested it overseas? Can Unions do that too?

Don't even ****ing try... because it's B U L L S H I T !

So, it's natural law that the unions are entitled to dictate not only to the company, but to the global marketplace what their legislated value is? Talk about bullsh*t.

Fact is, in the case of GM, the combination of wages, benefits and defined benefits pension plan was a significant variable in the bail-out. Pretend otherwise all you like, but the union had a huge, collective sigh of relief when they found out they were losing their jobs, benefits and pensions.

Dictate? When CONTRACTS are broken or ignored, there is no obligation to work. Would you work without a contract? Would you take on any job without a paper stating your what you will be paid and any benefits offered? If part of that contract has a renewal clause you are both obligated to renegotiate. That is how contract law works does it not?

Is it illegal to hire scabs? Yes or no? Was it illegal for INCOVale to piss around until Chinese pig nickel was depleted in the market place before negotiating a new contract and saving big moolah? Nope. Did they do it ? Yup.

When contracts are bargained in bad faith there is no need to feel bad about breaking them.

Fact is, the only thing that keeps unions afloat is based on the protection afforded to them via gvt.. Take that away and they are no different than anyone else. With any luck, this recent rash of strikes will see gvt reconsider that protection and remove it without delay.

When contracts are broken there is no need to show up for work is there? Why are some forced to work without contracts?

My wife walks off this today as they rotate. I'm going to enjoy my day feeding the men and women on the picket lines. 3 ****ing years she has waited for a new contract.

What protection?

I'll argue again in a few hours.

Cheers
