Erasing things from history books defeats the idea of history books, does it not?
Erasing things from history books just seems so wrong. How does one learn from
history if it's constatly being revised?

If you are going to rewrite them though, ship me the old ones. I'll burn them out in

I do think we should strive to not use offensive terms, but really, some people are low-life socialist swine while others are scum-sucking capitalist dirt-bags, but I don't know anyone who references others as 'coloured'. And I've never had much use for the book-burning set.

I also think those so easily offended need to toughen their sensibilities a nudge. We've got enough issues to deal with without having to worry about whose feelings got hurt.
