His credibility is waning. How can he keep a straight face when saying he doesn't know anything about a 'settlement' or 'agreement' with someone who claimed sexual harassment. He was the CEO. A CEO of a 100,000 employee company knows everything about any harassment suit against any employee, including him/her self.

Wouldn't matter who the Republicans decide to run for President, the liberal left will always play the sexual harassment card, after all they don't think it is to bad, but the majority does. Just a general statement.

As for Cain, it very well could be, "still, there’s one potential storyline that hasn’t been explored — what if Cain leaked it himself? After all, many of the conservative wing are either dismissing the allegations or defending Cain against them, meaning the candidate may walk away from the scandal mostly unharmed. And the timing of the story has pushed that other important Cain scandal — that of the likely illegal use of fund that helped launched his campaign for the first few months — right off the public’s radar.
Coincidentally good timing? Or is the Cain campaign really that clever?"

The sex allegations seem to be coming from Republicans not Democrats as I see it
The CNN reports think someone distantly connected to the Perry campaign. The
thing is Cain is not going to win, in fact he won't survive, as I think the main stream
of the Republican Party are worried about him. The Republican Party is scared of
the Tea Party and they are suspicious of those who don't subscribe to the main
stream of the party. All this in the midst of preparing for an election.
The real bell weather in all of this? Jeb Bush is not seeking the leadership of the
party because he knows a fragmented party will implode before election day.
Why would any respectable leader join this crowd? The shrill voices of discontent
without constructive alternatives is a waste of time. Republicans are destroying
themselves on a daily basis.

Libya is just another talking point. It's hard to keep them all straight. What he wanted to say is that he is pleased Gaddafi is gone, but he didn't like the way Obama lead from behind doing it. Obama wasn't tough enough looking. That's the general pathetic republican line.
