there are heroes everywhere...look at Boston and the crowd's reaction to the bombs exploding...people ran toward people to help, medics, general public even when they were told more could go off move people now they did not, they stayed and saved lives.Which is why reactions to problems are often disproportionate to the seriousness of the problem.
