Because anyone who would say that is too far gone to be convinced otherwise? If you're so irrational that you've reached the point of literally making up crazy ****, you're a lost cause.

There have been tons of crap made up about Obama on this forum. When challenged to prove these claims the Obama haters clam up. It's definitely time for these people to prove their claims especially in view of the fact that Obama's lead in the polls is widening.

Yes it was those republicans that gave Solandra that corporate welfare, oh wait.
And the General Motors bailout those bad ol republicans , oh no wait again.

Republican Paul Ryan voted for the bailout before he was against it.

I can name a few more from that part of the aisle but you get the picture. ;)

Health care premiums are a lot better than losing your house
As for why, Mitt is a loser like Bush Jr. and we don't want to
see that crowd back in office for a while.

You said he wasn't a 'true born again Christian'. Now you're claiming he's not a Christian.
And you never said your problem was that he claimed to be a Christian and wasn't, you said it was because he wasn't a true born-again Christian.
Try to be consistent in your rants.

When I talk about Christians I don't put "true born-again" in front of it every time, but I'm talking about the same thing. I define Christian as someone who has been born-again through a personal relationship with Jesus Christ. Since I don't believe Obama is born again, it can be worded either way. He's not a Christian or he's not a born-again Christian. Same thing. Sorry for the confusion.

I would never vote for a Republican, simply because of their religious right hijacking of governance. Never in a million years would they get my consideration.

Are you saying religion and politics shouldn't mix whatsoever, or that the GOP just isn't for you because you're not religious, or both?

I doubt if we can separate religion from anything. It's intertwined in our very existance, half our national holidays are based on religion. I'm not particularly religious, but it certainly doesn't bother me. One of the greatest Presidents, Abraham Lincoln was deeply religious. "In God We Trust" is on every piece of currency.
