Not sure. If you think a nuclear reactor is a battery, what do you think a battery is?
A nuclear reactor is the starter engine of energy that the nuclear power harnesses into power comming from a battery like source...Just like God is the starter engine of your holy life which harnesses you into God's world comming from a human soul.
Make sense?
btw: I think a nuclear reactor is like a light bulb that comes from a power plant which acts as it's battery.

They don't, there's no compulsion about it, at least not in this part of the world. There are places where if you openly take the atheist or agnostic position you'll be treated pretty badly, including getting imprisoned or killed, but Canada's not one of them. Most people do believe in some kind of deity I think, I've never heard of any society that isn't associated with some form of religious belief and observance. Even the most draconian of officially atheist communist regimes couldn't wipe it out.
If you don't believe it you're not really a Christian, pretty much by definition. There are, as gerryh correctly observed, certain things you must believe in order to call yourself Christian. There are other things you must believe in order to call yourself a Jew, a Muslim, a Hindu, or whatever. There are rules and definitions for these things.
Yeah well.. Since when is it based on the belief system? I could have sworn it is a forced mandatory sentence of God...

Nothing can come from nothing. If you believe in god, then all there is is god by definition. It is impossible to be without god, to be separate and that includes to be separate from anything else in existence. You don't have to believe in god to be part of it, everything has to be part of god, including you. Religion teaches that you are separate and that is my big objection to it. Religion takes away your divinity, makes you believe you are not worthy. That is how they try to control you, manipulate you to follow their rules. People commit all sorts of atrocities because they do not know that they are absolutely responsible for their reality. There is no sin, just karma - you reap what you sow. Everything else is just window dressing for the control freaks.
Don't blame me if you don't get it and become frustererated... God HATES YOU if he does not show himself infront of you... :evil3:

I know damn well why you guys don't know God is because he is AWESOME and let's just say HARD CORE on the human mind which you people would freak out if he came into your lives... It almost takes being a soldier to get to know him.
