Democrats who think that certain groups of people vote as a block take that false impression at their own peril.
There was a Sunni awakening in Iraq.
By the same token there will be a black awakening in America, once the people whom the Democrats so freely, callously and irresponsibly take for granted realize that Obama will NOT pay their mortgage, pay their rent, buy their groceries or educate their children.
And once the Hispanics who LEGALLY immigrated to the United States realize that it is THEIR taxes that pay for the scufflaws, the lawbreakers and freeloaders, there will be a Hispanic awakening.
And once both of these groups of people whom the Democrats totally disrespect by taking them for granted and treat them like puppets and unthinking idiots, realize that only fools rely on government largesse, they will vote according to their common sense, rather than spoon fed liberal nonsense.

That is what you think, Hispanics disagree with you. They vote for Democratic candidates over Republicans by a big margin. Hispanics (same as blacks) think republicans are racist, and that is the problem (for Republicans).
I don't think Hispanics will ever make peace with Republicans, they will continue to hate each other's guts.
Illegals cannot vote, but the legal Hispanics in USA don't much like Republicans either. But in the mid term election they may be apathetic and not show up to vote. If Democrats can get them riled up sufficiently over the Arizona, bill, it is more likely that they will actually come out and vot,e and that has to benefit the Democratic candidates, such as Harry Reid.

Precisely, so what you are saying is that they will start voting Republican. So as long as they are voting Democratic, they don't have common sense. As soon as they start voting Republican (you wish), they will have developed common sense.

Look at the 2008 if you don't believe me. Here in Minnesota Hispanics are 80% Dems as in NY, California, and in many states. And the numbers are getting higher.

That is a good one, Gopher. But then Truman was a witty man. His quote 'The buck stops here' is world famous (even though Republicans disagree with the sentiment, when there is a Republican president).

Funny I did not hear much about the violence displayed by the folks protesting the AZ Immigration Law. Fighting with the police, throwing bottles etc. at them.

Quite so, Nixon started the EPA. Environment to a conservative is like waving red flag to the bull, no doubt they would like to get rid of EPA completely. Conservatives haven't come across an environmental initiative they liked.
Indeed, if Nixon had been a Democrat, conservatives would have considered him to be one of the worst presidents (rather than one fo the best, as they consider him to be), for starting EPA alone.
Can you imagine a Republican president starting anything comparable to EPA today? It was easily Nixon's best achievement (and would have earned him the honor of being the worst president by the conservaitves, if he had been a Democrat).
Well, we don't know yet who was involved in the bombing. The video footage they have is of a white suspect. So don't write off Tea Party just yet. It remains to be seen who was involved. But with a white suspect, it is more likely to be a domestic, white group, rather than Taliban or Al Qaeda.
