So violence it is eh?

I never said violence was the answer. Larger protests like the ones we are seeing may at the very least ensure the cops don’t walk. Gonna be real hard for the union to get these guys acquitted with the current atmosphere.

I do have empathy ya f*cking dolt. REGARDLESS of the motivation behind Chauvin's actions what he did is out and out murder and he needs to pay for his crime like any other murderer. However, unlike you, I'm not so quick to jump on my virtue signaling soap box and scream "racism" without having any facts at all other than Chauvin already had multiple complaints against him for his behaviour. And when those complaints were mentioned in the news, there was nothing to indicate he was a bigot. By that I mean the news didn't have any specific details of the complaints so we don't know if he was an asshole to everyone he dealt with or just minorities or just Blacks specifically.
By the same token, at the rate sheep like you are insisting it was clearly racism, none of those 4 cops are going to be able to get a fair trial. And despite what you might think of them, they have the same rights as any other violent, murderous lowlife.

Like I said.

It’s not up to me to decide if it’s racist or not.

You’ve already decided it’s not.

I’m not black and haven’t lived in a black persons shoes. Having been around people who are black for most of my life I have heard the stories and witnessed situations.

This would be the call for the well-armed militia to take to the streets to unleash their constitutional fury- but you know - it's only black folks.
They don't look very well armed.

Actually it make. Them walking easier. Their lawyers will claim they can't get a fair trial.

A Mouse Once Bit My Sister
Stockwell Day gets fired by everyone for making some deplorable race tweets re Mr Floyd.

How many more victims will there be?

Well, let's count:

  1. There's the 1 woman who he's groping her chest
  2. His other hand is probably up the ass of another
  3. The journalist he groped.
  4. The lady in Parliament that he smacked her boobs.
  5. The countless people of color that he's harmed by this racist photo.

... So, counting them all up, I'd say he's harmed a few billion folks

He was being black at the time.

That is the fact of the matter.
And you know that how?
Here's the fact of the matter, Jack. Do you know WHY this kind of shit will NEVER go away? And I'm talking about police brutality since based on the evidence available, that's ALL George Floyd's murder was based on.

It will never go away because of something you are a wholehearted, ardent supporter of; unions. That's right Hoid, the union. We've all seen how hard it is to get fired from a union job no matter how useless/worthless the person is. You'll note those cops in Buffalo were merely suspended and not fired. That means paid vacation for them. About 5 or so years ago there was a cop in Kitchener/Waterloo who had been under suspension for something like 4 years. He laughed about it being a paid vacation. He couldn't be fired and of course the union insisted he still be paid, which was something the LIBERAL govt of Ontario and the police unions had reached a previous agreement on.

It's virtually impossible to fire a cop for bad behaviour, with a few rare exceptions like most recently in Minneapolis.

That's why even though I posted a meme about how great it would be if awards paid out for police misconduct/brutality/murder came from their pension funds instead of the taxpayer this kind of shit would drop dramatically, Avro said nice idea, never happen. And he's right. Because of the police unions.

Idiots like you have unwittingly given WAY more power to unions than they should have all over some f*cktarded ideology in a day when non-trade unions are well beyond their best before date. Remember, it's the job of unions to protect the worst worker as much as the best one.
Bad officers are extremely difficult to fire, and that’s almost entirely due to police unions. Unions have set up drawn-out arbitration processes that often reinstate officers who are fired for obvious breaches of conduct. Police around the country are also protected by Law Enforcement Officers’ Bills of Rights (LEOBR), usually passed with the backing of unions, that offer accused officers protections that far exceed what normal citizens are offered. Whereas police can drag you into custody and ask you questions without telling you about the investigation or the charges being considered, LEBORs allow officers to have “cooling off periods” of anywhere from two to 10 days after an incident such as a shooting. During that time, an officer can concoct a story that justifies their actions.

Allowing bad cops to stay on the job only exacerbates the racial tensions between police and the Black community. There are many documented instances of police using racist and violent language on Facebook and other social media sites. But even if police are no more racist than the wider population, that would still be a significant problem because of the crucial role police play in serving our communities. A police officer who consistently harasses Black people and who essentially can’t be terminated compromises the entire department.

So you and the rest of the left-wing extremists have a choice. Become anti-union really goddam fast, or keep putting up with bad cops who can't be fired getting away with bullshit and giving the rest of them a bad name so you can hop on your virtue signaling soap box to accuse them all of hating everyone except White males who aren't elderly.

It'll be interesting to see which one you choose.

Back to the it’s Floyd’s fault narrative.

There is a quite LOGICAL CONNECTION between committing a crime

and getting arrested by cops! Too bad people like Avrio do not understand the LEGAL REALITY! Or ANY version of reality!

There are TWO KEY QUESTIONS HERE!

Firstly - what crime did Floyd COMMIT that persuaded cops to "interact" with him?

It is a DAMNING FACT that NOBODY is speaking as to WHY cops handcuffed Floyd!

And second - why did the cop kneel on him for so long?

Was he struggling?

Biting?

Trying to KICK?

It takes several weeks at least to obtain toxicology reports regarding what drugs might have been in Floyd`s system

so THERE IS NO WAY YET to determine if he was HIGH AS A KITE!

In related news - the lawyer for the Floyd family says Emmit Floyd was a "HEALTHY MAN"!

The lawyer makes this statement based on WHAT FACTS?

Does he have a doctors report - OTHER THAN the self serving one he PAID FOR righjt after being hired as the Floyd family lawyer!

What TRUST should we offer to a guy who figures HE JUST WON THE LEGAL EQUIVALENT OF A RICH LOTTERY?

The guy clearly expects to become rich and famous from his work with the grieving family!

So HOW FAR doe legal ethics go in a situation like this were wild emotion and wild piles of cash are on the table?

Can we trust ANYTHING the ambulance chasing lawyer says?

And yet in the same week Floyd DIED - there was an online article published by a Yankee doctor

TALKING ABOUT THE EPIDEMIC OF HEART DISEASE AND HYPERTENSION AND DIABETES

that is ravaging the black population!

The doctor spoke of poor black populations where as many as ONE THIRD of the black population of some counties

HAVE HAD A LIMB AMPUTATED DUE TO DIABETES!

Poverty Pimps routinely write of the "Food Desert" in which so many blacks live!

Which means there are MILLIONS of blacks basically living on JUNK FOOD simply because NO SUPERMARKET OWNER

would DARE set up operations in some BLACK GHETTO - full of drug dealers and thieves and addicts!

Thus - so insist the Poverty Pimps - black people have VERY FEW healthy food options and SUFFERING un-necessary health complications as a result!

Thus the idea that Floyd "was a healthy man" seems PRETTY FAR FETCHED!
