espanola area is about right, to be exact lake panache area
although i havent been to naksup ive been to grand forks and that area is very beautiful.... I like the red cedar forests that area was rocking

Grand Forks is semi-desert, Nakusp is inland rain forest with a 200 kilometer long Arrow Lakes and magnificent mountains all around, but still open enough to have a wide expanse of sky.

I'm definitely going to make a road trip to Nakusp one day. It looks amazing there!
Just go to the local caffien shop (What's Brewing on Broadway) and ask anybody how to find Cliffy. They will point the way and I could show you some neat places.
