I think if there is ONE trait that would disqualify from being president, it is his total inability to make his mind up on an action or procedure and STICK to it.

I'd send the city cops (volunteers only!), in uniform but unarmed, to join the protesters. Keep them safe and calm down their wilder impulses. Show them in no uncertain terms that the city police force was there to "protect and serve."

Afterward, without prior announcement, I'd promote the volunteers. They are, by definition, the "good cops."

Wall of moms was fake news as is the wall of veterans. The only thing they are veterans of is taking women's studies at university.

Perhaps the "Dems" are keenly aware of what the Trumpians are doing. Translate "law and order " Potus and it could mean martial law in a split second. Is he trying to stifle protests because he does not have the interest to deal with the current racist issue that has been gurgling for decades and is now screaming for attention. Being prejudiced himself........ he could care less about the obvious need for cultural change.

What an opportunity for him to truly make a mark for history .........and he is too ineffective to be bothered.
He is behaving as much as a dictator as he can get away with ........ and that is a fair bit.

All he wants to do is be a figurehead that meets and greets the VIP's of the world. The rest of his job is just tedious (and has no glamour) unless he can be as authoritarian as he can get away with. Demonstrations are a vital part of a true democracy. He wants to control them and discourage them. Democracy is complicated and challenging. Authoritarianism is much simpler and binary. Yes.... The US democracy ......is at risk under him.

Excellent point. Effective decision making is paramount in leadership roles. He is too easily sways by the last person who has his ear. and what he sees as best for him.

Don't look away. This is 26 year old Donavan La Bella, a beloved family member, peaceful activist. He was shot in the face by Trump's rogue troops occupying Portland.

His face and skull are fractured and he is currently in recovery after undergoing facial reconstructive surgery. He had a tube in his skull to drain blood & is left w/ vision problems in one eye. ignore this at your peril. Fascism is upon us & most people are looking the other way. I’d suggest you look at this until you get what’s going on.
