4. People starving although there are enough food supplies to go around.

6. Lack of responsibility
7. Poverty
8. Prejudice
9. Lack of respect
10. Hate
11. Indifference
12. Immediate gratification

I could give a few more but this is enough for now.

Barbeques are apolitical. That would work. As long as it isn't too organized and there is no hierarchy. Everybody must take responsibility for cooking.
