Let's face it folks...this is who JP is. This is what gets him off. Being "that" guy is what gives him purpose. He has been proven wrong over and over and will never admit to it. He has no integrity at all.
Well, he sounds like he's still in high school so we shouldn't expect too much.

In some cases it is, as is the converse. Sea water intrusion into fresh water aquifers is pollution. If the carbon dioxide we emit, goes into the ocean as carbonic acid, and shifts the bicarbonate equilibrium so that calcifying organisms are strained to lay down new shell, then that meets the definition, from Pielke's own article (taken from the AMS):

air pollution - The presence of substances in the atmosphere, particularly those that do not occur naturally. These substances are generally contaminants that substantially alter or degrade the quality of the atmosphere. The term is often used to identify undesirable substances produced by human activity, that is, anthropogenic air pollution. Air pollution usually designates the collection of substances that adversely affects human health, animals, and plants; deteriorates structures; interferes with commerce; or interferes with the enjoyment of life. Compare airborne particulates, designated pollutant, particulates, criteria pollutants.

It's worth noting that when one talks of pollution, it doesn't mean all of the substance. Nitrates aren't a bad thing in and of themselves, until they overwhelm an ecosystem. Carbon dioxide isn't either, until...

So if we weren't proliferating our geologic stores of carbon as CO2 as quickly as economically possible, it wouldn't be a problem. The biosphere can increase it's store of carbon, but it's currently overwhelmed.
Good point.

Joey (yes,but)Porter said,
Indeed, show me even one instance where religious right supported any environmental initiative. Didn’t happen.

Environment
In December 2003, Bush signed legislation implementing key provisions of his Healthy Forests Initiative. Another subject of controversy is Bush's Clear Skies Initiative, which seeks to reduce air pollution through expansion of emissions trading.
Bush signed the Great Lakes Legacy Act of 2002 authorizing the federal government to begin cleaning up pollution and contaminated sediment in the Great Lakes, as well as the Brownfields Legislation in 2002, accelerating the cleanup of abandoned industrial sites, or brownfields, to better protect public health, create jobs, and revitalize communities.
During his first presidential campaign, Bush stated he supported the Kyoto Protocol global warming treaty,[citation needed] but once in office he reversed that position, saying it would harm the U.S. economy. However, Bush stated his reason for not supporting the Kyoto Protocol was that it unfairly targeted the United States while being deliberately lenient with certain developing countries, especially China and India. Bush stated, "The world's second-largest emitter of greenhouse gases is China. Yet, China was entirely exempted from the requirements of the Kyoto Protocol."
Bush also questioned the science behind the global warming phenomenon, insisting that more research be done to determine its validity.[23]

He said the biosphere is currently overwhelmed. It isn't. Guess we'll just have to agree to disagree. *shrugs too*

If it wasn't overwhelmed, there wouldn't be an increasing atmospheric concentration...Instead of the increasing see-saw, we would see a stable see-saw.

I tell you to back it up and you just repeat what you said before. Don't you know what those words mean? Link to the articles, back it up.

I knew what the word means, Extrafire. I assumed that you will be familiar with the recent news so that you will know that politician after politician had to grovel abjectly at Limbaugh’s feet and beg for forgiveness. I thought it was such a common knowledge, that it didn’t’ need any link.

But if you want a link, try the following. It gives a complete list of Republicans who dared to criticize the Great Guru, the de facto leader and next day had to grovel at his feet and apologize profusely.

Indeed, this website has prepared a standard apology form, which a Republican politician may fill out if he has been so rash as to criticize Limbaugh and send it to him.

I'm Sorry Rush - Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee

Incidentally here is the list (of Republicans who had to grovel at Limbaugh’s feet). If this does not make him the de facto leader, I don’t know what does.

Eric Cantor
Todd Tiahrt
Jim Tedisco
Michael Steele
Phil Gingrey
Mark Sanford

What a maroon.
"My friends, we live in the greatest nation in the history of the world. I hope you'll join with me as we try to change it."
- Barack Obama

Anyway back to subject, What can I say, did you all send Rush an appropriate apology?

Poor poor Democrat supporters

You are again changing subject, EagleSmack. Let us talk about the whole bunch of people who dared criticize the de facto leader Limbaugh and were forced to apologize to him, to grovel at his feet.

The website lists all such politicians. Are you saying that the website is false about any of them? They have simply listed the politicians who had to apologize to Limbaugh. It is interesting that you don’t have a problem with the politicians groveling at Limbaugh’s feet; you apparently have a problem with a Democratic website naming all such politicians.

Post 402, 408, and 413 prove it... you're wrong
again!

You haven’t proved anything EagleSmack.

402 is by a Troll and as such counts for zero, I don’t even know what it says. 404 is my post and nowhere I admit that I am wrong. 413 is again by a Troll and counts for zero.

So you haven’t come anywhere near to proving that I am wrong. But I know, I know. I am wrong, Happy now?
