The eliminated grocery bags at checkout.
I just scan my items with their wand scanner and take them loose in my cart to my trunk where I bag them. I imagine this is somewhat difficult for them to verify I have paid for everything but that is not really my problem.

I do the same, have a couple of bins in the car. Don't want to depend on their cheap flimsy bags.
Thatll undoubtedly lead to the destruction of the rainforest and burn holes in the ozone layer.
I hope not, watching the look the Walmart worker gives me when I crack open a fresh box of kitchen bags at the checkout to bag my groceries would be a loss.
This is the problem with government virtue flexing, it typically doesn't solve a thing and like everything else they do, usually makes things worse.
