Unlike previous years the Voter Information Card that you have received by mail is NO LONGER ACCEPTABLE PROOF OF IDENTIFICATION! You must ALSO bring a drivers license, provincial identification or TWO other recent pieces of ID such as utility bill that states your name and address.

That's not exactly rocket science as I imagine those cards get left lying around all over the place.
