There really should be a differentiation between white male privilege and wealthy white male privilege, the playing field gets much closer to equal the further down the economic ladder you go. That being said, the workplace can be much more equal with the presence of unions and the reduction of the "management side" of companies.
Affirmative action should take from the rich and give to the poor in "opportunity". Not give a poor white guys job to a poor minority person. This is a basic for animosity in the ranks of the common people.

In the west the war between the races has been prepared. Standard divide and conquer by the leading minority rights fighters of our time, Israelis. The great diversifiers. Today Israel reccomended/suggested/ordered the sectarian partition of Syria. More diversity is better for Israel.

A significant portion of my pay cheque does leave before I
ever see it. I lose more in deductions now than I cleared
net a decade ago. Someone is getting a bit chunk of my
labor....& I'm sure we can all empathize with that void
in our pay cheques...
