I wonder if the same pattern will be used when an air campaign is waged against unarmed people, like Lebanon, Lack of spare part was the way systems were crashed in Cuba and Venezuela and South Africa will become like Haiti if possible.

The Medupi Power Station—a coal-fired generating station commissioned by the ANC government in 2015—was revealed to be in a “highly dangerous” state with ash and high-explosive coal dust debris pouring out of leaking pipes and covering the surrounding ground like snow.
Footage smuggled out of the Medupi power station by a white visitor, and leaked on social media, showed the full extent of the collapsing infrastructure.

WASHINGTON (Sputnik) - US Special Representative for Venezuela Elliott Abrams has met with representatives of the Venezuelan government, State Department Deputy Spokesperson Robert Palladino told reporters on Tuesday.

"My understanding is there has been one meeting," Palladino said when asked if he can confirm the meeting between Abrams and the representatives of President Nicolas Maduro’s government. "We are focused on the security of our personnel in Venezuela, and part of that naturally would be to talk about those with the guns frankly. So, we remain focused on ensuring the security of our personnel in Venezuela."

If you assume the 'US Aid' in Columbia is for the 'incoming troops' the number it will support is given in this vid. Brazil is also part of 'the gathering' it seems.

The Brazilian government said in a statement that it would start deliveries of humanitarian aid to the border with Venezuela by Saturday.

According to the presidential spokesman General Otavio Rego Barros, Brazil will put humanitarian aid on Venezuelan border on 23th February at request of opposition leader Guaido, adding that he would be responsible for its distribution.
“The aid includes food products and medicines that will be available in the Brazilian cities of Boa Vista and Pacaraima [in the state of Roraima] so that it will be taken by the government of [self-proclaimed] President Juan Guaido, Venezuelan trucks driven by the Venezuelans,” Brazilian government said in a statement.

That's the oil soaked democracy the US seems to like to impose...just before they start up the slave markets, if Libya is any indication.

Jhonny Godoy had taken to Twitter to proclaim his opposition to President Nicolas Maduro, posting a video that showed him running through the streets waving the national flag as protests erupted across Venezuela's capital.
Two days later, his family said, rifle-wielding special police agents wearing black masks stormed into their home in the Caracas slum of La Vega, pulled him outside and shot him to death.
The slaying of the 29-year-old was part of a crackdown that has spread fear among young protesters in poor neighborhoods of Venezuela, where a history of steadfast loyalty to Maduro has begun to crack amid hyperinflation and shortages of food and medicine. At least 43 people have been killed in the round of protests that began last month, when Juan Guaido, the head of the opposition-controlled congress, declared himself interim president of the crisis-wracked country.
Human rights groups say some of those deaths appear to be targeted slayings by the National Police Action Force, or FAES, an elite commando unit created in 2017 for anti-gang operations. Rights groups say it is now acting against disaffected youths living in the slums.
"Maduro seeks to sow fear," said Rafael Uzcategui, coordinator of the respected rights group Venezuelan Education-Action Program on Human Rights, known as PROVEA. More than 700 opponents of Maduro have been arrested during the latest push by Venezuela's opposition to oust the socialist leader, according to PROVEA and a crime monitoring group, Observatory of Social Conflict.

A camera to record the event?? In the Ukraine this would be equal to snipers shooting protestors in the back so the Government could be blamed. The stats from before are not real numbers. If you want the bad numbers look at the years from the end of WWII and when Hugo took power.

On 19 February, the Latin American country's regional military chief announced the closure of the Venezuelan maritime border with the Dutch Caribbean.

Venezuela will close the border with neighboring island nations, suspend air traffic and revise their diplomatic ties, its Vice President Delcy Rodriguez said Wednesday after the Caribbean island of Curacao agreed to act as a hub for relief aid shipments.
"Venezuela has decided not only to shut the border but also to revise relations with these countries. These measures will be in place until their governments start following and respecting international laws," she said at a press conference broadcast by the state television.
Earlier in the day, the Reuters news agency reports, citing a regional military commander that Venezuela's government had reopened its national maritime border with the Dutch Antilles islands following its closure on Tuesday.
This comes after Venezuela's regional military chief said on Tuesday that he had ordered the closure of the Venezuelan maritime border with the Dutch Antilles islands. The move was made amid Dutch plans to open a logistical hub for humanitarian aid on the island of Curacao, however, the exact reasons behind Caracas' decision to close the border remain unclear.

Now tie that into the 'lawmakers from the same host nation' that landed and were on the next flight out. Considering the stranglehold the Jews have on the area through bug farming and big drugs and big oil it would seem the of base of operations has been published. That probably was not part of the plan. lol
