If the usa won most would be saying good,right on,the better team won,but as it's OUR game we can rub a little salt in the wound after the states turned it into a circus.

again its everyone game. you country won it. You didn't win anything your country did. I don;'t mind if your proud of what you country did but you have no right to rub it in at all.
The NHL would be very successful with about 16 teams all
from canada, and some from the northern u.s.a.
Bettman, who has lost so much credability throughout the
hockey world, thought he would become a genious by putting
many teams throughout u.s.a.
Many of those teams are losing franchises, and the other
teams have to hand over millions each year to help keep
them above water.
It was a poor idea, and now he is in and out of court,
trying to settle financial problems, he has caused.
I wish we had a canadian commissioner, who actually knows
the game from a canadian vantage point, who would have
had much more vision as to how to advance the game, we
love so much, and not so interested in advancing his own
ego.
But now that he has

out how to fix it.

Yea ok you just hate how the usa expand it. and there plenty of teams that left.
You need to stop being so selfish and let other countries join to have fun there nothing wrong with it.
really if its gets to far go make another league and make itt your own country and i am sure there be plenty of them going back to play in that leauge instead of nhl.

because u.s. citizens are not interested. Why did he even
put a game in many of those cities, poor planning indeed.

It was a fantastic game that could have gone either way. Lucky for us - it came our way. The Americans hung their heads in shame when they accepted their silver medal and that in itself was a shame. They had nothing to hang their heads for. They looked angry and they looked about to cry. Grown men for goodness sakes! They should have held their heads high and took their silver medals proudly. There was no shame in winning the silver.

We were announcing the score today in the store. People were cheering. When we won - whoever announced it just said "WE JUST WON GOLD" and the whole store whooped and hollered and clapped. It was a great moment.

I wrote a post addressing the problems with gary bettman,
and that really has nothing to do with you personally,
yet you answer as though it does, what's the problem,
can't you separate the different points that were made.
Are you not aware of the different teams who are having
major financial problems in the southern u.s.
No one but you is talking about hating anyone, there is no
