I hope that ignorant bulldog will stop barking and do some research.

I just pulled up the subtitles on many links on Google. Seems there is a lot of disagreement on this subject:

Palestine's proud history as the cradle of civilization
Armenia, cradle of civilization
Turkey, the cradle of civilization
Egypt is a cradle of civilization
Iran, the cradle of civilization
Ancient Britain: the cradle of civilization
China, the cradle of civilization
Africa, the cradle of civilization
Syria, the cradle of civilization

Pardon you, but you owe me an apology for pretending to be such a know-it-all.

Bull Dog BARK! BARK!!!!!! BARK!!!!!!!!

This whole area is known as the cradle of civilization. However, Iraq is the one that historians believe to be the true one. many thousands of years of history.

As for an apology, I owe you nothing of that sort. I never apologize to an ignorant.

As for women, first check how the west treats women. They are treated as sexual objects. Even when you go shopping, they show you the thong underwear, or the belly-button t-shirt and so on. What does that mean? It means a woman is an object that you dress up that will make you sexually aroused and have sex with her. After that she is nothing to you.

And this sums up your definition of how women are treated in the west?

I could write a book about how men treat women in the west as much as you can write a book about ME men treatment for women. It is a cultural thing and the west should not interfere with this issue. it is not religious as much as it is cultural.

A Muslim is allowed up to four wives only if treated the same. No one is above this rule. However, if you go around the ME, you will have a hard time finding anyone with more than one wife. The reason is that during the Islamic beginning, men were going to war and dying. The prophet of Islam allowed men to have up to four wives for reproduction reasons and not for joy. Simple Economics of supply and demand.

It all makes it even more heartbreaking to watch the USGoons try to instill change under a gun(s). ........without even comprehending the damage they are doing to the history/culture . or even worse, not caring. Is the US regime trying to reshape Iraq in it's own image??? (not exactly an image one would aspire to.)

Boy, yo mama must be pissed at you.

Mog: "As for women, first check how the west treats women. They are treated as sexual objects. Even when you go shopping, they show you the thong underwear, or the belly-button t-shirt and so on. What does that mean? It means a woman is an object that you dress up that will make you sexually aroused and have sex with her. After that she is nothing to you."

So your mother was nothing to your father, and you were their unwanted by-product? That's pretty ignorant. In my family, my mother and dad loved each other very much, and each had mutual respect for the other. No one ever became "nothing." On the contrary, I was their everything - and when I lost my last parent, I lost a part of myself and my soul. There couldn't be more love and respect in a family than in mine.

Well, I wasn't trying to find every example, just a few to illustrate Mogzilla is the ignorant one. But Greece is another one. More fuel to the fire. Thanks.

RE: US Invasion of Iraq-U

About the cradle of civilisation...

Iraq, specifically the area where the Tigris and Euphrates rivers form a flood plain, is the area where the oldest evidence of cultivated (as opposed to wild) grain has been found. There is also some evidence that it is the area where animals were first dometicated.

Since farming was the beginning of civilisation as we know it, people moving into permanent settlements instead of being nomadic hunter-gatherers, Iraq would indeed be the cradle of civilisation.
