You have to understand the British. They say things like that in order to convince themselves that they are meaningful. The rest of the world knows differently. It's hard to be a Brit I guess, knowing that your culture and life has been pretty much useless. To stop from going crazy, they deny and lie.

I'm curious as to how the 200 mile zone is going to work when France is only 20 miles away. Are you going to dig up 180 miles of French ground? And what about Ireland?
That's how they built their country. Before CAD, French artists would travel to England (the English didn't have any artists) and draw houses and buildings. The French even offered to build some to get them out of the mud huts in which they were living.
