I've posted this chart several times, but I guess you just keep on missing it. Note that Pierre Trudeau's contribution to the debt ended in 1984. After that it was all PC up to 1993. Then the Libs took over again and note the surpluses up until 2008 when Harper took over. By contrast the amount that Justin Trudeau is adding is relatively small, given that he has only been in power one year.

Politicians don't play with their money so have no qualms about following pierres' lead in spending other folks hard earned loonies cons included. The truly shameful money grubbing scheme foisted upon us by libs was the raiding of health care funds and then claiming a 'surplus'. Witness the current health care me$$ that junior wants to attack yet again. I've posted this image before but it somehow gets missed, in the deceptive money grubbing sweeps libs win hands down poor ole cons barely also rans.

Harper's policies destroyed our GDP growth.
Yeah, it had nothing to do with the Wall St. meltdown or Ontario's disastrous policies that have "titaniced" Canada's economic engine. Who wants to invest in a province that charges four times the amount for hydro than you actually use? And soon, the rest of Canada is going to have to figure out an answer to that same question. You want to see GDP growth tank, just do to Canada what the Libtards have done to Ontario.
Taxes and fees do not change people's long term spending habits. Unless of course you tax and fee them into the poorhouse, like the current crop of neo-liberal progressive retards is doing.

Justin is way out of his league.

He's infested with the idols of the New Age.. feminism, radical environmentalism, multiculturalism, globalism.. and he has not the wherewithal of independent thought or moral character to rise to the challenge of taking on Trump.. even if he has a case to stand on in the first place.

This is going to be a long, slow, ugly death spiral into oblivion for the Liberals. He's on the wrong side of history. It's what we get for electing an incompetent, fatuous little twit as PM.

Just read a great quote from a Tom Clancy book; "It's not politics, it's common sense". There isn't much common sense in politics in real life.

yeah, I saw the chart, and yeah, you made good points with it
old news
today's conversation is about Justine and how what he plans to do will wreck any good works the past PMs have done

I already pointed that out in an earlier post, but people kept on bringing the deficit up.

Nobody take the sun's orbit into account as well as its rise and fall (sine) in the galactic plain.
