I guess basically you cease to exist as far as the gov't is concerned whenever they crash hard. I dunno - I mean, so you spend a few days a year legally dead. My concern would be the guy in China or India or Russia or Nigeria getting into a limp-wristed Gov’t system and finding that this was way more profitable than spamming our site with gummy‘s spam or Mexican bathtub steroids or Viagra.
