Our long-standing foreign policy is withering away. Canadians at large — those who are paying attention — find this behaviour irresponsible and reprehensible. They worry about Canada losing its moral high ground on the world stage. They see our traditional values eroding and our stance with democratic allies diminishing. Most want the good old days back when being Canadian meant something more than a passport and a quiet place to live.

There is a systematic effort in our institutions to erode our global standing and our long-held alliances that placed us in a community of allied democratic nations. What happened this week in parliament is a wake-up call for all Canadians: we need to stand our ground and voice our displeasure, so that we can once again feel proud and free.

Canada’s lean-in to radical and terrorist groups like Hamas is disconcerting to many Canadians. The reverberations are felt in Europe and America, where in my travels around the globe, many shake their heads in bewilderment, asking just what happened to Canada? They wonder how Foreign Affairs Minister Mélanie Joly, and a noted Member of Parliament, Ya’ara Sacks, could stand warmly alongside the terror-inciting, Holocaust-denying, corrupt Palestinian “President” Mahmoud Abbas.
Gaza Marine is a natural gas field off the coast of the Gaza Strip. The Gaza Marine natural gas field is located in water about 36 kilometres (22 mi) offshore at a depth of 2,000 feet (610 m). The field was discovered in 2000 by BG Group and it is estimated to contain more than 1 trillion cubic feet of natural gas.

They can afford a shiny new Gaza.

There is one untried option that could solve this fast....

Look to Iran.
Hmmm….good guess!! Wonder how CSIS & Trudeau with his hate crime legislation didn’t figure that out Taxslave2?
Observing the anti-Israel – and sometimes pro-Hamas – protests that have paralyzed cities across Canada, the United States and Europe since October 7, that question isn’t asked nearly enough: Who is the Wizard of Oz behind the curtain?
Who is the directing mind of all the thousands of protests that have targeted Western cities big and small? Who is the webmaster? Who is pushing out the talking points and messaging?
Hmmmm….
In 2024, which country now stands to benefit the most from destabilizing Israel and its allies?
I wonder what Amira Elghawaby would have to say as Justin Trudeau’s Spokesperson against anti-Moslem whatever hat she wears that comes with a Canadian Federal Government Paycheque?
Take it from this writer, who has helped run many political campaigns over the decades: What is happening – what you are seeing on your TV and computer screens – isn’t “organic.”
Didn’t feel like it from the get-go…but that’s from the outside looking cross eyed I guess.
All of that doesn’t just happen spontaneously. It needs a directing mind. It needs someone to manage the global anti-Semitic campaign.
…& on that note, from our neighbours to the south…”She was wearing what? A MAGA Hat!?!?!” as Dave Chapelle would say…in his Juicy Smollette story.

One in six Canadians (16 per cent) between the ages of 18 and 24 believe the Holocaust was exaggerated, double that of 25- to 34-year-olds (eight per cent) and eight times greater than those 65 and older (two per cent), according to the Leger survey commissioned by the Association for Canadian Studies (ACS) in February. Only five per cent of Canadians overall hold this view.

Young Canadians are more likely than the rest of the population to believe that the Holocaust was exaggerated, and these skeptics are more likely to hold a negative view of Jews and a favourable view of Hamas, according to a new national poll.

(Justin is trying to figure out a way to win back their votes….)

Jack Jedwab, the president of ACS, cautioned against conflating the findings of Holocaust skepticism with outright denial.

“I wouldn’t necessarily use the word denial as it doesn’t suggest that they think the Holocaust didn’t take place – though some of the group surely subscribe to that – it’s more that they minimize or trivialize the Holocaust, by questioning its scale and/or other aspects of it,” he told National Post in an email.

The survey also found a nexus between Holocaust skepticism, negative opinions of Jews and support for Hamas.

Then…Out of respect to her invited Muslim guests for an Iftar dinner in City Hall’s council chamber Tuesday evening, Mayor Olivia Chow wore a hijab.

But a group of Hamas supporters crashed the peaceful Ramadan event, showing Toronto’s mayor no respect.

Her thoughtful culturally sensitive gesture — despite not being in a mosque and in her own council chamber — was not good enough for these intruders. In fact, as the mayor was addressing the group, a woman appeared and loudly talked over her.

“I have something very important to say because there can be no Iftar with politicians complicit with the genocide with Palestinians in Gaza,” said the woman, reading from a paper.

Chow, who was hosting the event with Deputy Mayor Ausma Malik, explained she “called for a ceasefire” after the barbaric Oct. 7 slaughter of 1,200 Israelis and the kidnapping of 250 people, but was shouted down as the woman got even louder and angrier…etc…
“It is a genocide,” screamed the classless woman. “We call on Olivia Chow to be an advocate on a two-way arms embargo on Israel. We call on City of Toronto to boycott Israel, all commercial and business partnerships with Israel, no more investing in Israel. Do you hear me: There must be consequences for Israel.”…defending itself?

While this group was calling for consequences for Israel, it seems they face no consequences.

This aggressive protest action against Toronto’s mayor, not in Nathan Phillips Square, but right in Toronto’s council chambers, is something no one else would get away with. Toronto Police say there is no investigation or charges pending. They referred any questions to City Hall security, but it’s clear in videos there was no security present.

It is all extreme left that deny the Holocaust. The result of having a couple of generations of lefty teachers going unchecked by civilized society. For some reason, our government unions all hate Jews. Must be because Jews own all the banks and multinational companies. It has created a bit of a shitstorm in places where Jewish government workers do not feel safe going to work.

Three people, including a woman who “allegedly” threw horse manure at a police officers, face charges following a pro-Palestinian protest in the downtown area on Saturday.

Toronto Police officers were conducting crowd control as demonstrators took to the streets in the Gerrard and Parliament Sts. area.

During the protest, one woman allegedly threw horse manure at police while another is “accused” of using a flagpole “to spear at an officer,” according to police.

Assia Rami, 24, and Celeste Xiaoying Furlotte-Bois, 27, of Toronto, are each charged with one count of assaulting a peace officer with a weapon.

Amira Elghawaby? Comments? I’d be curious in her role as the Special Representative on Combatting Islamophobia in & of Canada.

A driver was also charged with stunt driving under the Highway Safety Act for allegedly operating a truck with occupants in the bed of the moving vehicle. The vehicle has been impounded for 14 days and his driver’s licence suspended for 30 days.

While officers were seizing the truck, police said, demonstrators became aggressive towards them. It was at this point, that manure was thrown at officers, according to the “allegations”.

Police also “alleged” that several people interfered when officers made an arrest. Four people were arrested for breaching the peace.

Three were later released without any charges, while one was wanted on a warrant for an unrelated crime and turned over to the OPP.

Exactly the same. At first glance, many thought it looked like a suicide vest. Sources close to the man say what he was wearing was not a mock suicide vest, but a perfectly legal “Hang Ten Belt — a utility belt that allows you to carry up to 10 Wire-Pull or Burst Smoke Grenades into action” that is sold in stores or online. Nothing to see here, etc…& maybe (or not) appropriate for a peaceful demonstration if that’s the goal.

“At the Al Quds Day rally in Toronto, they chanted for Intifada, which were periods of terrorism including suicide bombings,” so pretty much the same symbology as Eagle feathers…as long as Eagle feathers where used to commit terrorism with suicide bombings.

The eagle feather is used as a symbol of truth, power and freedom. It is believed that there is a sacred connection with the eagle to the Creator, and one who is given an eagle feather must speak the truth in a positive way, showing respect at all times.

The suicide vest (real or fake) worn in a crowd is also used as a symbol of truth, power, freedom, &…..? Terrorism? Would Amira Elghawaby agree with you? She might, but she might not.

I’m looking at the symbology accessory kit and though there’s lots but I’m not seeing the Eagle feather. Maybe the “Hang Ten” belt for smoke grenades is a sacred connection to Intifada? Like hijacking passenger jets was in the early 70’s?
1712539628974.jpeg
Meanwhile, journalist Ahmar Khan on X lambasted the elected MPs for the way they painted the photograph.

Saying that looks like a suicide vest is disingenuous at best. Some politicians in Canada are more willing to fearmonger and sow dissent by spreading falsehoods in an attempt to score points for their side. Painting Palestinian protesters as terrorists is pretty deplorable.”

In Iran, Al-Quds Day is marked by widespread speeches and rallies that have been frequented by chants of "Death to Israel, Death to America." Israeli flagshave also been subjected to both trampling and burning. Sound like a great tradition to bring to the new country, like Easter Eggs & Cabbage Rolls. Al Quds Day is an annual day chosen by the late Ayatollah Khomeini to call for Israel to be destroyed. This is being celebrated in Toronto??

An annual anti-Zionist day of protest was first suggested by Ebrahim Yazdi, the first foreign minister of the Islamic Republic of Iran, to Ruhollah Khomeini, the leader of the Iranian Revolution. So maybe the grenade vest for up to 10 smoke grenades to be worn across the chest at the same time, is appropriate, in a crowd, in Toronto.
1712541655943.jpeg
Are marshmallows halal? Would an air soft AK47 fly at a protest in Canada ‘cuz there might be some wood features on them making them look less “assaulty”, etc…?

In a speech to mark the annual al-Quds Day, Iran’s supreme leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei on Friday called Israel “not a country, but a terrorist base” and said its downfall was imminent, in the warm fuzzy symbolic way of coarse.
1712544831619.jpeg“Israel is not a country, but a terrorist base against the nation of Palestine and other Muslim nations,” Khamenei said in live televised remarks, in a right to exist manner.
1712542752607.jpeg
In 1947 the UN General Assembly recommended that the area that became the West Bank become part of a future Arab state, but this proposal was opposed by the Arab states at the time. In 1948, Jordan occupied the West Bank and annexed it in 1950 (for safe keeping, for Palestinians, ‘cuz Palestinians).

After the dissolution of the All-Palestine Government in 1959, under the excuse of pan-Arabism, Egypt continued to occupy Gaza until 1967. Egypt never annexed the Strip, but instead treated it as a controlled territory and administered it through a military governor. In 1967, Israel captured Gaza in the Six-Day War, & turned it over to Palestinians in about 2006, removing all Israeli settlers.
1712545198437.pngThey also captured the West Bank from Jordan, the Sinai peninsula from Egypt (which they returned) & the Golan Heights from Syria (which the eastern 1/3 was returned to Syria, & the western 2/3 wasn’t). Israel returned the sinai peninsula to Egypt in exchange for peace, but Syria wasn’t interested so here we are regarding the Golan Heights.
1712545523864.jpegIn 1987 Israeli Foreign Affairs Minister Shimon Peres and King Hussein tried secretly to arrange a peace agreement in which Israel would concede the West Bank to Jordan. The two signed an agreement defining a framework for a Middle Eastern peace conference. The signing ceremony took place at the southern border crossing of Arabah on 26 October 1994. Jordan was the second , after Egypt, to sign a peace accord with Israel. Weirdness.
1712545711446.jpeg
Thus the call for pre-1967 borders in the two state solution concept…so pre-1967 Gaza was a militarily occupied part of Egypt, & the West Bank was annexed by Jordan, the Golan Heights was part of Syria, and Israel was about to be completely gained up on by its neighbours.

Anywho…Justin Trudeau’s Special Representative on Combatting Islamophobia of Canada…Amira Elghawaby, I wonder what she would have to say about this? Al-Quds Day celebrations in Toronto I mean. She was able to justify the whole harassment of people to and from the hospital there.

Where are you getting 1967 crap from. It's not 1967 and not what has recently (past 30 years) been squabbled over. The 1967 borders are impossible after the settlements.
