Truck driver assaults protester

Anyways, the trucker was in the wrong, but the protestors should have stuck to the sides of the road. That is about all I have seriously to say about it.

One slight objection, Anna. There was more than one wrong and the truck driver committed the second wrong. The female victim has to bear most of the brunt as is was she and her companions who precipitated the incident. The truck drivers were just trying to perform their jobs w/o interference.

Should someone else be able to impede you from what is your right? What do you do when you find a picket line (in a wild cat strike) impeding access to the E.R. when you are bleeding to death?

Truck. drivers have short fuses. Has to do with the hemors flarin up. Hard to tolerate anyone when your butt feels like it' on fire all the time.

There's definitely wrong on both sides (you don't rough up a woman, unless she's physically beating you) but the truck driver deserves only a minor portion of the blame. He had a full right to do what he was doing at the location he was at. She possibly had a right to the location, but only as a protestor. Also she and her cronies instigated the altercation!
