Look closely at an evergreen tree. Do the branches lift and drop proportionate to the magnetic lines of one pole?

Love this article. I would hate to have no access to forests and be stuck in concrete high rises 24/7.

I can't even begin to imagine what it would do to my mind. I have read about how colours effect perceptions and how smells influence how you feel about things. Combining all that with foreword movement (walking) is wonderously beneficial for the brain.

Anywhere with plant life has calming and soothing negative ions in motion.

and bird sounds...and squirrels nattering at you. Nothing like the possibility of coming across a bear to keep you alert to whats around too. lol

I get that with city life. The abundance of birds around here is why we have the "land of living skies" moniker. I was happy when a pair peregrines set up shop in one of my trees. No more crows but they are louder and start screeching earlier than the crows. So much for quiet mornings. I figured the tree rats would fall prey but the falcons seem to like eating birds.

Maybe the squirrels are too smart for the falcons? or they taste like fast food and even falcons know that'll make you too fat to fly.

We have crows that like to sit above our chimney and caw. The sound reverberates into the living room. It's rather disturbing.

Not at all. The squirrel s still com and fill their faces with sunflowers seeds left out for them and falcons don't even look at them.

There are red squirrels here which are double to triple the size of the grays you are familiar with and almost the same size as the falcons.

I'll post a pic of the peregrines.

One minute.....

Photobucket seems to have a hole in it. I'll try later.
