And the stupid just keeps coming...

Before you say it's BS...

Now, that said, one of the things mentioned in the video was “Child Genital Inspection Amendment,”. It was "The House of Delegates amended the legislation March 7, at the request of Del. J.B. Akers, R-Kanawha, to include that only a health care provider could visually or physically examine a minor child for the purpose of verifying their “biological sex” without the “consent of the child’s parent, guardian, or custodian.”" THANKFULLY it was removed, but it took the fucking Democrats to do it.

ALSO dangerous of this bill is this:

(7) "Sex", when this term is used to classify or describe a natural person, means the state 20 of being either male or female as observed or clinically verified at birth. There are only two sexes, 21 and every individual is either male or female: Provided, That individuals with congenital and 22 medically verifiable "DSD conditions" (sometimes referred to as "differences in sex development", 23 "disorders in sex development", or "intersex conditions") are not members of a third sex and must 24 be accommodated consistent with state and federal law.

It now DENIES that intersexed people exist and they now have to be labeled "male" or "female" - except they are NOT.

This bill is wiping away the fact trans people DO exist and have as much "right" to protections as anyone else.

I look forward to the freak outs that come when trans men walk into women's bathrooms/changerooms and so on because they are now forced to do so.

I'm sure the conservatives are comforted. Now if we can just restore the sunset laws. . .

There has never been a child aborted in all of history.
All of them were children. Fetus means "offspring" for fuck sakes.

In Latin, "fetus" means "offspring, bringing forth, or hatching of young". It's the root of the English word "fetus," which refers to an unborn offspring, particularly in mammals. Children.

Youre hanging around too many feminist witches.

Note the UNborn. That is not a child.
An "unborn child" refers to a human being in the womb, meaning a child that is not yet born but is developing inside its mother's uterus.

Here's a more detailed explanation:
  • Definition:
The term "unborn child" is a general term used to describe a human being that is developing within the mother's womb, before birth.

  • Synonyms:
Other terms used to describe an unborn child include "fetus" (after 9 weeks of development) and "child in utero".

  • Development:
An unborn child undergoes significant development within the womb, progressing from a fertilized egg (zygote) to an embryo and then a fetus, eventually becoming capable of life outside the womb.

  • Legal Context:
In some legal contexts, the term "unborn child" is used to refer to a human being in utero, regardless of its stage of development.

  • Fetal Development:
    • Embryo: The first two months of development are often referred to as the embryonic stage, during which the major organs and body structures begin to form.

    • Fetus: After the first two months, the developing human is referred to as a fetus, and its organs and systems continue to mature.

    • Full-term: A fetus is considered full-term and capable of surviving outside the womb between 37 and 40 weeks of gestation.

Stop lying to yourself to justify the children youve disposed of.

You're correct, legally. Is your identity document, or right to vote, or right to drink, or any of those age-restricted rights, based on your date of conception, or on your date of birth? (Rhetorical question. Only people who are obsessed with controlling women's bodies need consider it.)

Controlling women's bodies? Seems to me if they are growing a child they didnt want theyve lost control of their bodies.

Not seeing fetus on that list. Could that be because until they are breathing on their own they are not offspring?
