What the judge really said was that the pipeline COULD BE BUILT AFTER LIE-berals consulted some more with natives!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The implication of the legal ruling is that LIE-berals should have thrown more cash at greedy natives to silence their whining!!!!!!!!!!!!

Argentina has a population of size and education similar to Canada and has many of the same resources we do and used to have an economy of similar size and output to our own-but that was 60 years before they got all MUDDLED, LIE-beral and broke! Argentines avoided both the First and Second World Wars and enjoyed decades of peace and prosperity. Their social liberal leaders wanted to alleviate the difficulties of ordinary people and set about creating a modern social welfare state-yes- Argies were `progressive` and socially ahead of the times! Kinder, gentler, more socially `just` and dedicated to building a `fair` society-just like Our PET-the rat Pierre Trudeau wanted and Our stupid Boy Justin CLAIMS he wants to do too!
But Argie Lie-berals were no more successful at controlling spending and debt than our own lot of Lie-berals and as Argentina spiraled into debt, the same old Lie-beral excuses came out. That RAT-Our PET admired the social justice of South America and scorned the stuffy democracy of Britain and United States and conservative little Canada-just as his sons do! Its so much easier to BUY friends and support than to persuade people to make hard and real choices! But how sad that as the bills mounted and Argentina collapsed into bankruptcy, it also collapsed into anarchy with political groups fighting over the scraps till the Generals took over and started to make `troublemakers` DISAPPEAR!
A lot of Argies with `unsuitable` political beliefs got free rides in govt helicopters WAY out to sea and then got the chance to try to swim home from a hundred miles out-AFTER being thrown out of the helicopters at an altitude of 1000 feet! When the money runs out and the country is in panic, the dictator madness sets in and there is no reason to assume WE are any more immune than Fascist Germans, Italians, Spaniards, Japanese and Argies who have all done time with home grown dictators!
And are arrogant civil service unions any more law abiding than other people? We could ask that question of former Yankee supreme labour leader Jimmy Hoffa.....if anybody could tell us what happened to him? Hoffa offended somebody in the labour movement and disappeared-never to be seen again!
That socialist airhead Naomi Klein has a nice anecdote in her book Shock Doctrine about Argie auto union negotiations with Fiat. The Fiat executives were getting worried about rising costs and slowing sales and union demands and the fact that Argie LIE-berals had pegged their Peso to the US dollar so they had killed off all exports from Argentina with crap exchange rates. To persuade Fiat to `negotiate` respectfully, the Argie auto workers union hired hit men to KILL five top Fiat executives. But things did not work as the union had hoped. Instead of getting more GRAVY from cowed executives, the workers got laid off instead as Fiat ABANDONED the country in despair! Do we want to risk such crap as that here? Do we want that history to repeat itself HERE?
The jihadist jerks plaguing the planet don’t just want to blow up us infidels, they are also quite madly enthusiastic about blowing up OTHER MUSLIMS who don’t agree with a set view-rather like the centuries long battles between rabid Catholics and Mad Protestants-the war we have happily put WAY behind us! Now we turn to economics-in 1929 the world was plunged into the Great Depression with the crash being caused by SLOPPY banking regulation and too much DEBT-with TOO LITTLE COLLATERAL-just the sort of deal we have today! And the debt trouble created a LOT of desperate people and enabled a pile of fascist swine to gain power in various countries and launch the world into a huge war!
And in 2008 the world was plunged into another Great Depression thanks to SLOPPY banking regulations and too much debt! Stupid Lie-berals will cry that the 2008 business was not as bad as 1929 but there are GOOD reasons to say: “THEY LIE”!
In 1930`s close to 25 % of the country was un-employed. In 2008 the unemployed rate was only 10%....but the rate was held down to that because of MASSIVE BORROWING which is now putting a brake on our economy. If govt had handled the 2008 crash as they did the 1929 one, they would have done some of the following: They would have immediately FIRED ALL `surplus` civil servants-this means teaching assistants, grief counselors, social workers, all those hacks and flacks in public relations and would have canned the controversial `assistants` given to Toronto Fire Chiefs, would have slashed political office budgets, would have canned the useless Human Rights (really Human WRONGS) poobahs, the number of immigration judges and lawyer would have been ruthlessly slashed and the survivors would be looking at serious pay cuts, `English as a second language` programs would have been slashed and immigration greatly reduced so that foreigners would not be `stealing` the few available jobs from desperate Cdns; in 1929 university was a luxury and not a NEED so govt would have SLASHED payouts to colleges and universities as well.
The loss of so many govt jobs in our modern economy would result in major layoffs in private sector as well since what restaurant owner can keep on his staff if hordes of govt workers are no longer eating in his place? Same thing for hotel owners-a batch of no longer needed chambermaids and cooks and bellboys out on the streets. How can a dentist get rich if all union mandated dental plans are gone and dentist must now work for whatever pennies ordinary people can pay? In such a scenario the number of unemployed would easily reach 25%!! Face it-2008 was the year we WENT BANKRUPT and started printing money to hide this fact!
And one ought to look at the documentary put on TVO some years ago when New Zealanders defaulted on their loans-and went bankrupt! First thing the Kiwis did was sell their national airline-all of it and no bullshit about guaranteed jobs with the new owner or any crap about union severance pay either! They also canned a LOT of postal people-NO MORE HOME DELIVERY because it was too costly-just the big community boxes like WE Cdns now have! And none of that severance pay crap or pension security for `posties` either! The surviving civil service Hogs took immediate MAJOR pay cuts and their pensions were GONE-union Hogs and ordinary people all in the same bankrupt boat....FOR A CHANGE!!
Bankrupt New Zealanders did not try to `stimulate` their economy by borrowing for infrastructure improvements either-since borrowing was what got them into trouble in the first place!!! And that TVO documentary had some charming photos of brand new Kiwi subdivisions-nice cars in the drive ways, people mowing lawns and gardening and little kids playing......and NONE of those beautiful brand new houses was connected to a sewer!
That`s right-your neighbour would take a crap and his turds and filthy toilet paper would appear in the big stinky DITCH that runs along the property lines at the rear of each lot! Govt did not have the money to install sewers (and were NOT ALLOWED to borrow more by international lenders UNTIL they paid off some of what they owed) so they simply dug drainage ditches in some newly completed sub-divisions that became open sewers as it was all they could afford!!
And Toronto newspapers of the day ran some charming photos of a Kiwi man suffering with diabetes and his circulation was crappy and he could not get access to a doctor in the bankrupt country where health care was rationed much as it is here in Ontari-owe and the fingers on one hand were infected with gangrene due to lack of blood flow and there he was at his kitchen table cutting the poisoned fingers off with garden shears so he would not die of blood poisoning! Fortunately there was so much necrotic tissue in that poisoned hand that all the nerves had died and it didn’t hurt much to shear off the fingers and as he told news people later: “it hurt a little at the time but I feel much better after getting rid of all that poisoned flesh that was making me so sick”!
And now we have Ontari-owe Lie-berals locked in a war with our doctors. Lie-berals refuse to spend the money to train the next generation of doctors even as ONE THIRD of Ontari-owe doctors come within a couple of years of retirement! Lie-berals wont pay doctors enough to attract new ones from other places and Lie-berals wont pay enough to KEEP the doctors we have now! Ontari-owe has proportionately LESS doctors than any other province-and with the recent fight between govt and doctors, the ratio is set to get even WORSE! But Lie-berals DO have lots of gravy for civil service `friends` such as teachers!
This is the face of bankruptcy and the smell of it too-your un-employed neighbours crap floating past your nice patio in that ditch! You wont want to sit out on your patio unless the wind is blowing the right way! Our govt currently cannot face the HARD job of bringing us back into the black so they have borrowed....AND BORROWED....and they are STILL borrowing.....while Isis plots ways to martyr all of us infidels and has plans to hide amongst the Syrians we are importing at such cost!
And Our idiot Boy Justin thinks that being nice to Syrians and inviting them here so the grumpy ones can set up terror cells to educate us at gunpoint regarding the life and death NEED to TRULY believe in Allah and Sharia Law will benefit us? NRC staff warned about tainted drinking water two years before notifying neighbours.

The National Research Council protected its own staff from firefighting chemicals in their drinking water for nearly two years before it told its neighbours about the problem, Postmedia has learned.
Chemicals used in the NRC’s National Fire Lab in Mississippi Mills have spread through the surface water and groundwater around the facility.
(So it is ACTUALLY GOVT civil service union Hogs who are spilling these chemicals as they work! And these are some of the same scientists that WHINED that Harper was muzzling them as they demanded MORE GRAVY!)
In December, the NRC warned neighbours that they should get their well water tested. And it began supplying bottled water and filtration systems to the neighbours.
Some of the wells contain a class of chemicals called PFAS (perfluorinated alkylated substances) which are contained in firefighting foam and also consumer products including non-stick frying pans and stain-resistant carpets.
But documents released under an access to information request by Postmedia show the NRC had declared its own well water unsafe to drink two years earlier. It warned its own employees and gave them bottled water — but didn’t tell the neighbours — back in January, 2014.
(Such news as this makes ALL LIE-beral environmental policy look FAKE and self serving! WE KNOW the LIE-beral carbon crap and trade scam is nothing but a HUGE TAX GRAB! WE KNOW that LIE-berals plan to profit hugely from forcing us to give up our use of fossil fuels- but of course LIE-berals will have the gravy they need RIPPED from our pockets so THEY can continue their fossil fuel use! LIE-beral hypocrisy is a FABULOUS THING of amazing proportions! LIE-berals will destroy our economy in exchange for THEIR PRIVILEGES!)
Even before that, an NRC-commissioned engineering study completed in February, 2013, found the controversial chemicals in tapwater inside the building, in a small creek nearby, and in the soil. PFAS may be carcinogens at high rates of exposure, although this is uncertain in humans.
In January of 2014, NRC management warned employees: “As instructed by the NRC Environmental Office, faucet water at the Fire Lab U-96 is not to be consumed for drinking purposes. Until further notice, bottled water will be provided for drinking purposes.”
It calls the chemical level “acceptable,” but then adds: “until a decision is made on the health impact to staff at U-96, we are instructed NOT TO DRINK WATER AT U-96.”
(OH- its like a scene from the old movie Erin Brokovich! The HYPOCRITES SAY the stuff is safe- but DON’T DRINK IT!!!!!!!!)
The bottled water started flowing from a Culligan supplier almost immediately, with a shipment worth $360 delivered Jan. 21, 2014. Invoices provided through the access-to-information request show Culligan has been suppling bottled water ever since.
(And is it not odd- that Queens Park LIE-berals have been drinking bottled water for several decades! While they and their municipal counterparts IGNORE those nasty little reports about just how many Toronto houses have elevated levels of lead in their water thanks to the LARGE quantities of lead water pipe that REMAIN in use in ALL Cdn municipalities!)
(And municipalities HAVE NO PLANS to remove any of that lead pipe until it wears out and starts leaking! Meaning it will be at least 100 years before our water system is lead free! Oh well- it is THEIR GRAVY on the line but its ONLY our health- the LIE-beral choice to hide the truth is EASY - for them!)
The engineering report of 2013 says “it appears the perfluorinated chemicals have migrated from the most likely source (fire suppressing chemicals used in Building U-96 and surrounding area) through the groundwater and storm drainage systems to the shallow groundwater table and into the local surface water system.”
Levels in the creek were above the recommended limits for aquatic habitats.
Shaun McLaughlin, the mayor of Mississippi Mills, says the NRC moved promptly to notify residents once its testing revealed that contamination had spread outside the NRC’s own property. Before last year, he said, the NRC hadn’t done the testing that showed contamination outside its own property.
(Oh- these Hogs are scientists- would it not be rather OBVIOUS that if the buildings are contaminated there would be NOTHING to prevent chemicals from leaching OUTSIDE? A cynic would suggest that Hogs simply did not want to know how much pollution they had created because it would LOOK BAD!)
In an interview Wednesday he credited NRC with being proactive in supplying clean water and filtration, and said it’s a good source of information for the local residents.
But J.D. Heffern, who chairs a citizens’ committee dealing with the issue, said there were too many delays.
(Hogs enjoy telling us how skilled and professional they are as justification for their gross gravy ENTITLEMENTS and isnt it odd how often they have to excuse themselves for SLOPPY WORK?)
(Govt pipeline inspectors out west were IGNORANT of a fifty year old oil pipeline till it started leaking- and the EXCUSES flowed along with the oil! Or we could look at the Walkerton Water Disaster in which drunken Hog Stan Kabel accidentally POISONED hundreds of people- because doing his job interfered with his drinking- with the result that 7 people DIED and many more suffered permanent kidney and liver impairment! And now we have NRC scientists HIDING the scale and scope of their pollution! )
“They went for almost a year before telling their employees that you can’t drink the water,” he said.
“They went at least another year until they started to do some looking at their outer perimeter and then in towards the community that is in question, which is my residential area.” He said the NRC should have tested outside its property right after finding the contamination in 2013.
(And LIE-berals want us to believe they are staunch defenders of the environment! LIE-berals ONLY fight for THEIR ENTITLEMENTS!)
“PFAS are not found in nature. They are very specific and the Number One source is firefighting foams,” he said. Although the chemical levels are mostly below the Health Canada screening level, “regardless, they are in the water and they shouldn’t be.”
He has PFAS in his well.
An NRC spokesman said it took at least two years to determine the nature of the problem and discover that it reached beyond the Fire Lab’s own site because of “scientific process.”
( HA! This reference to “scientific process” is a LIE-beral euphemism meaning “political process designed to protect Hogs from public backlash”!)
You’re trying to figure out what you’re trying to look for, said Charles Drouin. “Then you go and do it and get your results. That takes a few weeks. Then you analyze your results. That can take up to a month and then you determine what your next course of action will be.”
“You can’t drill during the wintertime,” and as well the analysts didn’t know which way the groundwater moved, he said. The direction of flow can change with the season and can vary at different depths.
“It took us about two years to go to this extension of the environmental assessment, which brought us to 2015 in the fall, when they were actually getting to the property line.”
“It’s a complicated process.”
(Yes- I am SURE it is a VERY complicated process- especially if one is trying to HIDE the truth and protect Hog voters as seems to be the case here!)
According to Heffern, the water problems caused more than just environmental damage, financial costs, and worries about health risks. There are emotional issues too: “Kids have come home in tears because their classmates have been bullying them at school, saying they are going to die because they have been drinking this water.”
But how much of the chemical is too much? This is still an unsolved question for health experts.
There are no formal guidelines from Health Canada — only “screening values” meant as a suggested guide. Besides, PFAS is not one chemical but a family of them, which are unlikely all to pose an identical hazard.
Health Canada says: “Short-term exposure to PFAS in drinking water at levels slightly higher than these screening values is not expected to have health effects as screening values are based on a lifetime of exposure to the substance. Potential health risks from exposure significantly above the screening values depend on how much PFAS a person was exposed to, and for how long he/she was exposed.
“High levels of PFAS have been linked with negative health effects in animal studies, including liver damage and impacts on neurological development. However, there is little information available on human health risks associated with PFAS.”
Perfluorinated alkylated substances are also contained in consumer products such as some non-stick cooking ware and stain-resistant carpets.
(From all of the above information- the main reason that PFAS have not been more fully condemned as poison is because the scientists have not bothered to do much research into the health risks! I guess they were too busy condemning the Harper govt for freezing their wages!)

We should ask WHICH native groups have signed on for Kinder Morgan and which HAVE NOT?????????????
And we should ask HOW FAR AWAY some of these objectors actually live from the pipeline route?????????
Too many native groups- and other Cdns in B.C. who too often do not live anywhere near the pipeline route, regard pipeline protests as a FINE WAY to BLACKMAIL govt into giving them money for NOTHING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
