Again, what evidence are you looking for? You quoted a post of mine where I made four statements. All statements referred to things posted on this thread. I can't help you if you aren't prepared to help yourself.

Why don't we just get to the crux of the issue? To start with anyone can vote for anyone they wish to on election day, so on election day the matter will probably sort itself out. Until then what part of Ford's job is he not performing to expectations? That is where we should let go of the matter. On the other matter of Wallin, Duffy and the other turkey, they are costing us too much money. Deep Six them.
Yes, if you don't care that your political leaders are cavorting with the criminal element. As I alluded to earlier, many people in Germany during the 30's look the other way because Germany was improving financially. If people in Toronto value a dollar over ethics, all the power to them. My computer keeps "bombing" so I'll try this again. You could be on a slippery slope there! What is "cavorting". As a mayor I would think there are times when you have issues necessitating inter acting with all segments of society. What would you do if a Hell's Angel came to your office complaining that City road work had just resulted in flooding his club house? It might necessitate meeting with him at McDonalds and having a cup of coffee. If you don't like his "cavorting" you have a perfect right to vote accordingly on election day.......... until then you should let go of it.
For many people making ends meet is a struggle, if I was in that situation I might tend to vote for someone who can ease the burden. If you are going to start addressing ethics you have to look at the complete picture and remember that what you see is often only half the story. Just look at how long it took to get rid of that mayor of Montreal.............years before a judge would even pass judgment on him, so that might be your first clue.
There is no evidence of corruption. Even the Police Chief himself stated that there was no evidence that they could charge Ford with anything. All there is, is supposition and innuendo against Ford. After all this time that is all they still have.
Again, my issue is not what Ford has or hasn't done. I don't follow TO politics. I'm simply pointing out that people say they don't care what Ford does or who he associates with because they like his politics. That is putting money ahead of ethics and integrity. It is not much different than people excusing Ralph's treatment of the people at the homeless shelter just because "he did what he said he would do".
