No, the useless garbage do it. Parasite is an apt name for useless crap like you. You don't want to pay your fair share into this great Country. You're willing to accept our subsidized eduation, then you fu ck off, make your money elsewhere, and come back and suck off the public tit in your old age without ever having contributed anything. It's a loophole that I would be more than happy to see closed so useless people like you couldn't use it.

I gotta agree with you on this Gerry. If I choose to go I will go and not come back to milk the system later because it might be convenient. I do hope we can turn this country around from the path it seems to be going down but don't carry much faith in that. With the SPP, NAFTA, GATT and the promise of the NA Union looming we might just start to see a mass exodus of those that value sovereignty and independence unless some serious changes start happening soon.

Ron's neighbourhood sounds exciting but that is hardly the case in most cities. Someone had referenced Vancouver but literally one needs to live in Downtown Vancouver to have readily access to those European kiosks and markets; in contrast, there are at least 20 times more Asian restaurants, kiosks and markets in the Metro region.

Naw, you don't need to go downtown to find food that appeals to European xenophobes. I've lived all over metro Vancouver: downtown, south Van, Richmond, Surrey. You can find European food everywhere (yes, even Richmond). It is true though that there is far more Asian food in Vancouver than there are Asian people. That's mostly because non-Asians like Asian food and don't like European food as much. Why can't you find mountains of Swedish meatballs in Vancouver? Because most people don't want to eat Swedish meatballs. Why is there a sushi shop on every street? Because people like sushi.

Your complaints in this regard are really quite absurd. Canada is awful because people don't like the food you like? Sorry, but the local food economy can't cater to the individual needs of one bitter man.

That's the market. Capitalism won the Cold War, comrade. We be rockin' in the free world.

With your attitude, I doubt if you'll make it to 90 outside Canada.

Just so this Post isn't too far out of context. The above post was not in
reply to Corduroy, but to a complete & total Ditchpig-Troll with multiple
accounts, whose accounts (2 of the 3, anyway...) have been completely
removed....accounts and posts both.

Sorry for any confusion.

I'm not going to renounce my citizenship.

I will come back at 80+ to parasite what remains of the healthcare system. Everyone else does it :)

It's the Canadian thing to do! Immigrate to Canada and parasite off the slaves.

This is typical.
65% of seniors in Toronto are immigrants,
In Vancouver, over 50% of seniors are immigrants.

Canada is a haven for immigrant seniors to come here and live in our senior homes and use our health care system.
Many of these senior immigrants come here under the family unification program.

This is a real boon for immigrants from countries like India, for instance.

Oh, and by the way, your income tax is going to go up to pay for increased health care costs !!

By the time the media paints Harper as Hitler and Justin Trudeau (80% income tax) becomes Premier (2015/2020...?!) - I will be long gone and living in a foreign country and starting a family.

Premier of what?

How about Japanistan, 100 million former Japanese each with mega dollars looking for a 'community' where they can remain close to each other should things call for that kind of move. Would we welcome them (and their money) with open arms or would we ' vote collectively' to say no. What if the UN brought up resolution 2011 and had 33 nations sign yes and 11 sign no, would we graciously accept the ruling as it takes the land but keeps the money for itself for weapons to enforce that resolution. I would prefer we do it gladly and take the cash to make Canada the Kuwait of the humanitarian nations. That is also a fish pond that is pretty isolated so helping the fish eat and breath (air bubbles) would pay off in catches 100 fold above 'wild fish'. First hint for life there is try not to dress like a moose as mosquitoes cannot tell the difference, a breeze is the next best solution after a 'light frost'

Subsidized? Not really, might be cheaper than the states but we still fork over an arm and a leg for an education here. Scandinavia completely subsidzes everything and even gives their students an allowance each semester. Even countries like Germany have alternatives like "Frei University" (free university). Canada; unless you come from a wealthy family, expects you to work a full time job for many years and part-time during school to afford an university education.

I would be more optimistic about remaining in Canada but I've lived here long enough to know that the Government only cares about pensioners and no one else. If they did care about my generation and wanted me to remain in Canada than they'ld be promising a free education and a job but we have neither. Instead, they want me to take out a mortage for a million dollar home (tax income) and force me into a 40 year slave contract.

If the Liberals and NDP form a coalition I swear there will be war in Canada. Either Quebec will leave (being a bunch of snots no less) or we in Western Canada will state enough is enough. Leave the Socialism and pass over the debt and immigrants to Ontario and the Maritimes!

Harper's the only answer, he's not a Nazi (despite your claims) and he just wants electoral reform in favour of Western Canada and Ontario. **** Quebec

So....are you for socialism or not? We of course already have socialism, so it sounds liek you want more, but then there's your other post.

Sounds like you hate Canada because you have to work for it, instead of getting a free ride like other countries offer, but then you're willing to march to war if the Libs/NDP form a coalition, and bring the CONSERVATIVE BRANDED socialism upon us.

emmigrate?

what the frackeronni?

"em"--from the latin " dorky canadian"

"mi" --ancient persian for "Nicky"

"grate" --swahili( northern dialect ) for " crap pants"

hey nick do your realize that your error has described yourself perfectly

"Nick the dorky canadian craps his pants"

Hmmm, if I had any question about your lack of intelligence before you have certainly answered them all. Emigrate, opposite of immigrate - Emigrate | Define Emigrate at Dictionary.com

But hey, keep up the insanity, we all like a good laugh and you are providing us with more humour than we have seen in a while. Don't go anywhere, at least not until I finish checking with all the asylums to see where you escaped from.;-)
